*Please note: this is a fully self contained granny flat with a separate entrance, courtyard space. Tandem 2 car parking space. Please don't park on the driveway as this will block the main house.

This was the perfect little house for our little family to stay in between long term rentals. Even our little cat felt at home. Highly recommend to anyone needing a nice quiet, secure place with all the facilities and services available.

It is an absolutley beautiful little abode!! John has made such a cute little place too stay there he really has, i was amazed!! Really easy too communicate with. House is nice and quiet and surrounds are quiet too! Thanks for the accomadating stay!

The 2 bedroom Beachside Luxury Retreat as described on Stayz was not accurate.It was clean which was great and close to shops.It definitely was not beachside, standing up outside looking over the fence you could get a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.The parking space was to the side of the main house' drive which was also rented.The driveway was blocked by 2 cars and we could not get our car out. We reported it to the host and were asked "to tell the car owners it was illegal to park there at all times and remove the cars immediately "We did not feel that it was our place to do that. It could have been unsafe especially if it was just females.The entrance to the Granny Flat at the back was to climb illegally steep high stone steps with no handrail and no lighting.The living area was extremely small with no room to move, very uncomfortable. The kitchen was good and full size.The main bedroom had a Double Bed placed inside a Queen or King base so there was a huge gap all around the mattress and base. It was very uncomfortable and we didn't sleep for 3 nights.It was great that it was pet friendly however garden was overgrown and weeds everywhere.The shower was extremely small and dangerous with a step down to floor level..There was no blind or curtain covering the bathroom windows.All in all it was a very disappointing stay and I have never had to leave a review like this.The safety and well-being of guests should be paramount and unfortunately it wasn't.
