This brand-new 2025, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa is located in a quiet residential suburb of Heathridge, just a 10-minute walk to Joondalup "Edgewater" Train Station, just minutes drive to Mullaloo Beach and Ocean Reef Marina, Joondalup Hospital, Edith Cowan Uni (ECU) , TAFE Campus, & 1 km to the freeway plus enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and more. A fully equipped 2 bedroom (both queen beds) plus optional living room queen sofa bed. This villa is new, a Feb 2025 completion.
Only a 10 minute walk to the Edgewater train station to get anywhere on the Transperth public system which allows you to explore Perth and beyond.
You will have access to the entire villa , a fully equipped kitchen, living area and patio for your stay. Both bedrooms are equipped with brand new queen beds for your comfort. The villa is located on a block of land with 2 villas. The property owner resides in the front villa. You will have privacy in your villa and only share the pool area. Your access to the villa is via separate private walk way . Your entrance to the villa is with a key you will obtain from the lock box outside of the front door. All will be outlined in your check in instructions.
