-Nestled amidst the serene beauty of nature, this luxurious family home offers a truly enchanting experienceâa haven of sophistication and relaxation. Itâs the perfect place to celebrate your wedding and enjoy special moments with your loved ones.
What Youâll Love:
-Stand-alone home situated on expansive land, offering the perfect retreat for you, your friends, and family. With parking available in the open driveway, you`ll have five car bays at your disposal. The garage will be locked, with parking available only in front of the propertyâhow convenient!
-The lush, sprawling grounds provide ample space for both adult and childrenâs entertainment. In the backyard, you`ll find a delightful dining area with a table and eight chairs, perfect for entertaining.
-The fully fenced and secure pool area with outdoor furniture offers privacy and relaxationâenjoy a refreshing dip whenever you desire.
-Children will be thrilled with the dedicated outdoor kids` section. The grassy area is perfect for games like hide and seek or a friendly soccer match.
-In the front yard, there are three sheep and one pig enclosed by a gate. Feel free to say hello to them! The neighbour`s girl feeds them every morning, so there`s no need to worry. If you have some leftovers after a meal, you`re welcome to offer it to the pig.
Step Inside:
-The spacious interior spans two levels. As you enter the home, youâll be welcomed by the front hallway, which leads to the master bedroom and kids` bedroom on the left, while the lounge room to the right leads to the dining room and kitchen area. Ahead of you is the entertainment room with a pool table, which then flows into the second lounge room, overlooking the kitchen and dining area. Walking past the dining space, youâll find three additional bedrooms and the main bathroom. A staircase will take you to the kids` playroom.
-Gourmet Kitchen: A chef`s dream with ample bench space, an oven, an induction cooktop, and a walk-in pantry/laundry equipped with a fridge, highchair, washing machine, dryer, wine fridge, sink, and extra cupboard space. The kitchen is fully stocked for short or long stays, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine. Additional appliances such as a toaster, kettle, and microwave are also provided. Gather around the breakfast bar with seating for six or enjoy a meal in the elegant dining area with its timber table and ten chairs.
-Upstairs Playroom: A charming kidsâ play space with a sofa and two cosy chairs, additional kids chairs and tableâperfect for little ones to relax and unwind.
-Bedroom 1: Located downstairs, this bedroom features a super king bed, bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in wardrobe. Youâll have access to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table, offering stunning views. Adjacent to the walk-in wardrobe, youâll find the ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, wall-mounted mirror, and vanity cupboard.
-Bedroom 2: Also on the ground floor, this bedroom features a bunk bed with two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp, and a chest of drawers for your belongings.
-Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5: Each features a ceiling fan, a queen bed with bedside tables, lamps, and a wardrobe for your belongings.
-Main bathroom features a sink, vanity cupboard, wall mounted mirror, bathtub, separate shower.
-The backyard can easily be accessed via the glass sliding door from the lounge room. Youâll be greeted with a dining table and eight chairs under cover, overlooking the pool area, which is fully enclosed with a glass fence. Relax on the sofa or chairs in between swims.
-The family room features a spacious sofa and additional chairs, a fireplace, a smart TV, a coffee table, and glass doors opening to the backyard.
-The second lounge room features a three-seater sofa, two occasional chairs, a coffee table, and a smart TV.
-The front balcony provides a stunning space to relax and enjoy the view, featuring lounge furniture with a three-seater lounge, two single-seater chairs, and a coffee table.

Guests will have access to the entire stand-alone home offering 5 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, parking for 5 vehicles and a secured pool area.
- Our guest concierge team is available for communication and will assist at their earliest convenience.
- Our guest concierge team communicates via the Airbnb app so our team is all kept updated regarding any details pertaining to your booking.
- The Let Go team comprises our property managers, onboarding specialist, housekeeping supervisor, housekeeping staff, and our guest concierge team so if you do require any assistance, please reach out to us and we`ll see how we can be of any assistance.

- Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
⹠AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
âą BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
âą CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside â it is a fire hazard.
âą COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.
âą COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.
âą CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
