The property is accessible via the 604 bus route, which connects to the Mandurah Station. The nearest bus stop, South Yunderup Road before Murray Waters Boulevard, is approximately a 26-minute walk from the property. For more direct travel, taxi services are readily available in the area, with rates starting at approximately AUD 1.30 per kilometer. This allows for flexible and comfortable transportation to nearby attractions and amenities.

Local Environment Notice
Our home sits in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may see a few local visitors like dolphins and swans if you are lucky! We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity.
To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - weâre always happy to help.
Guest Access
âą Full access to the property is provided apart from garage
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted.
This listing is pet-friendly. You will be required to pay a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay via our guest portal if you wish to bring your pet with you. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for a short-term accommodation listing.
Identity Check & Security Hold
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in â to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.
Weâre happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
Youâre very welcome to enjoy the canoes during your stay. We just kindly ask that they are used at your own risk and that the safety waiver included in your check-in instructions is signed beforehand.
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
