Smart TV's, pool table, 2 dining areas, massive kitchen with all the mod cons - oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, beautifully fitted for every occasion. 3 separate bathrooms. A short stroll to the Swan River 4.5kms to Perth City, a public golf course near the Maylands train station quick & easy to get to. Come Home to Stay!
