TreeLoft at BaseCamp

Welcome to the TreeLoft experience! This is a custom built luxury treehouse for two. It is our hope that upon your stay you will be reconnected to nature and to the one you came with. We created the TreeLoft with an inspired state of mind, and we are hopeful that same inspiration will be experienced and reflected during your stay. Go to sleep counting stars and wake up with the trees! We can`t wait to provide you with the TreeLoft experience! We rise by lifting others!

Privately and intentionally nestled into the woods of our 120 acre farm you`ll find our elevated TreeLoft amongst the astonishing trees of Missouri. With all our friends in mind, entry is effortless with our ramp walkway with plenty of space for wheel chair access throughout if needed. Upon entry, unfold your eyes on the natural light that pours through the expansive windows that make it known you are in the trees!

Grab a blanket and cozy up next to the modern gas fireplace for those cool evenings. There’s a skylight just above the king size bed for night sky gazing with a remote solar shade to keep you sleeping in the wee morning hours. A rain shower for two in the walk through bathroom including a relaxing soaking tub and plush robes for your comfort. The kitchen offers an indoor/outdoor coffee bar and tiny appliances for all your cooking needs. Outdoors you`ll find a hot tub placed sweetly next to towering Eastern Red Cedar trees with a privacy fence, a separate deck for grilling or nesting in the trees and fire-pit below with ambient lighting for smores or story telling!

There is very limited cellphone service, no wifi or television at the TreeLoft with intention to truly allow our guests the authentic experience of disconnecting. We strive to provide you with all that you might need to make you feel like you don’t need to leave the TreeLoft for a day trip (however we totally support an outing or two as well). There are games to play, books and magazines to get lost in and even a few puzzles if that’s your thing. Be sure to download your favorite playlist before you arrive so that you can use our bluetooth speaker to take with you to the hot tub or coffee deck. Dance! Laugh or heck, cry if you need to. Just BE in the trees and BE with the one you came with, even if you come by yourself. Slow down, breath deep, nurture and hopefully, just maybe, you’ll leave more awake to the life you must step back into.

The TreeLoft is on our family farm, in which we call BaseCamp at CedarFork. It is indeed one of our favorite places to take our family and enjoy the slower sweet moments of life. You may hear us drive through in our vehicle or utv, however we will always keep your privacy in mind and stay a good distance away from the TreeLoft. By all means if you would like to visit us, we are always open to meet our guests!

We do not live on the property but will be readily available for any needs you may have during your stay. Please keep in mind that there is NO cellphone service in the TreeLoft and limited cellphone at BASECAMP. We will inform you where to get service while you are there but please do make arrangements accordingly.

If you`re looking for a little day time adventure, we are located 15-35 minutes away from wine country! In which several of those destinations have a variety of yummy dinner options, amazing scenery and great hospitality. Check our guidebook for recommendations before your stay so that you can plan ahead for a seamless stay.

The TreeLoft is also 20 minutes from our hometown of Perryville, where we are most recently known for Mary Janes Burgers & Brew or Jackson Street Brew Co. The atmosphere will keep you coming back alone, but the food is on point for the total package.

Coffee lover? Villainous Grounds is also twenty minutes away in Perryville.

Groceries? Perryville has a Rozier’s grocery, Walmart and Franks Produce Market for anything you may have forgotten or you may want to add to your cooking list during your stay.

We are located off gravel roads and in the woods, so keep in mind during times of inclement weather.

We now have a bunker storm shelter within 150 feet of the TreeLoft for the safety of all our guests! With the lack of service and Missouri’s unpredictable weather, we do still ask that you monitor the forecast prior to your stay so that you are aware of times you may need to watch for severe weather. Being prepared can make your trip so much more enjoyable.
The TreeLoft is thoughtfully designed as an adult-focused retreat, created to offer a quiet and restorative experience. However, we understand that special circumstances arise and are happy to consider accommodating children upon request. Please feel free to reach out prior to booking so we can ensure the best experience for everyone.

To maintain the quality and integrity of the space, parties and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property.
