Serene Bay Muskoka Cottage

Pull back to a private Muskoka retreat! The cottage is located in Perry Township in Muskoka, close to the beautiful town of Huntsville, as well as Arrowhead and Algonquin Parks. Nearby trails allow you to enjoy ATV in summer or snowmobile in winter.

Enjoy a bonfire evening with a lookout for a scenic lake view. Emsdale Spring Water fountain is in the neighborhood for you to enjoy fresh spring water. The cottage is fully winterized, a perfect place to stay for skiing trips.

The space
A serene and private place to stay, our three-story cottage has 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (appx 1900 sq ft house) and it is spacious enough for up to 7 people to sleep comfortably.

The main floor with deck has an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room. The second floor has a master bedroom and a second bedroom. The recreation room in the basement is full of games, books, and DVDs. Big screen TV is set up with a Roku streaming device with a subscription. Children are welcome and will enjoy playing there. Please contact us for detailed information as young children may need supervision

Guest access
The exact location is provided after a booking is confirmed. Road access to the cottage is just 5-10 minutes away from Hwy 11.

The cottage is a keypad entry, the code will be provided closer to the date of your stay. Free parking on the property. There is enough space for 3 cars, please park in the designated parking space.

OWNER ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
The owners/their hired professionals may need access to the property during your stay. We would always contact you in advance before accessing the property. Reason for access would be: lawn mowing, gardening, watering of the lawn, snow plowing, etc.
