This stunning home is just a few minutes walk down to the beach, the village centre and the SW Coastal Path.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, in pursuit of sea-views, surf, and other amazing treasures of Cornwall.
Perranporth, with its dunes, coves, and the iconic Chapel Rock, is one of the most exquisite Cornish beaches. Independent shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk.
Play pool, watch Sky or Netflix, or have a game of board and console games for a family night in.
Built in 2023, `No Egrets` benefits from the latest technologies, including smart lighting, under floor heating, bespoke built-in furniture and the highest quality materials throughout.
High ceilings and large glass doors fill the space with abundant natural light and spectacular views. The open plan kitchen/diner and the living room are exceptionally well designed social spaces, with plenty of seating.
Facilities, such as the instant boiling water tap, integrated NEFF appliances, American Style ice-making fridge/freezer and a separate wine fridge - are all there to help you make the most of your stay.
Reclining leather sofas and an ambient electric fireplace make a perfect setting to wind down after your day of beach activities.
Living room has a full size pool table, with PlayStation 5 and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. The TV has over 70 channels including Discovery and Sky, as well as Netflix.
Four bedrooms, tastefully decorated, with plenty of clothes storage are arranged over the split-level ground floor. With a king-size bedroom and a twin-room on each level, this configuration is perfect for hosting two families, a group of friends, or one larger family. All mattresses and bedding are of highest quality, to ensure a good night`s sleep.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and its own exit to the back garden.
There is an outside shower and plenty of hanging/drying space for your wet suits, swimming and beach gear. You can store your body boards or surf boards safely on the back terrace. The side gate bolts shut for safety and all entrances have security cameras.
The garden has a large terrace area and a grass area, private and enclosed on all sides.
The utility room has a large Bosch washing machine and a tumble dryer.
You are welcome to use all of the house. The garage will be locked and you can access the back garden via the side gate or master bedroom.
There is off-road parking available for two cars.
I will be available on the phone and a local friend has access, should you need help.
Perranporth Beach is renowned for its expansive stretch of golden sand, spanning over three miles along the coast, making it Cornwall`s longest beach. The beach is dog-friendly all year round and is backed by majestic sand dunes, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
What sets Perranporth apart is its cherished status as a town free from franchise restaurants and cafes. Instead, almost all the restaurants are privately owned by local business owners. Along the high-street, you`ll discover a plethora of unique and captivating independent shops.
Indulging in the quintessential beach-town experience, Perranporth boasts several superb ice-cream parlours, two fish and chips shops, a local butcher, and numerous fantastic dining options. Whether you`re looking for a meal or a refreshing drink, there are plenty of places, within 10 minutes of walking distance from the house.
Perranporth is also famed as the host of the renowned `Tunes in the Dunes` music festival and is home to the only pub in the UK that can be accessed solely via the beach.
The South West Coastal Path is just round the corner from the house, where you can walk for miles, breathing in the ocean air and gazing at the beautiful cliffs and dramatic North Cornish coast.
Furthermore, the entire area is incredibly dog-friendly, with most restaurants and shops welcoming furry companions.
The beach and centre of the village is about 5 minutes walk down the hill.
Alternatively, when the tide is out, there even is a shortcut to the beach, often preferred by surfers. This goes through rocky steps, allowing you access straight onto the sand within the caves. Look for it off the Droskyn Point car park.
On site parking for two cars. The house is on Droskyn Point and requires mobility going back up the hill. You can also drive down to promenade and park the car for £1 per hour.
