Cosy holiday cottage just a couple of minutes walk to the beach
This cosy and attractively renovated semi-detached holiday cottage is situated just a short walk to the magnificent beach and village amenities of Perranporth yet its location is a very quiet area just two minute walk from open countryside.

Accommodation information
Engellie is ideally situated for a relaxing family holiday or for guests looking for a romantic bolthole on the North Cornish coast and is available to book all year round. Well behaved, small pets are allowed but this property would not be suitable for guests with large dogs.
Front entrance into the cosy lounge with beamed ceilings and a log burner set into a feature fireplace. There are two 2-seater sofas and a drop leaf dining table which is hinged up to the wall for easy storage, supplied with four chairs. In the lounge, there is a smart TV with BT TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge (there is no freezer) and a washing machine in the utility area. On the ground floor is a fully tiled shower room fitted with a large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC, supplied with a heated towel rail. Upstairs are two bedrooms that are furnished and equipped to a high standard Bedroom one has a king-size bed (5ft) and bedroom two has twin Beds (3ft). All bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Warwick Lodge, Fairlee, Gwel Angarder and Engellie Cottage are all nearby properties & might be suitable to book together with this one and is within a couple of minutes walk.
Outside
There is a small enclosed decking area to the rear. To the side of the cottage there is a lockable alleyway, an ideal area to store bikes and surf boards. There is parking to the front of the property for 2 cars.
Location
Perranporth village centre is only a stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. This 200 year old semi-detached cottage is exceptionally charming and cosy and perfectly positioned for a beach holiday and is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steinsâ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between! Close by there are numerous holiday attractions to suit all age groups with an abundance of art galleries, workshops and places to eat and drink. A traditional cottage available to book any time of the year.
