The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a living area with living room, with sofabed, TV and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and utensils for cooking an excellent Italian dinner. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The environment is bright, thanks to the large windows that allow a wonderful view of the lake directly from the living room and give access to the private garden, large and well-kept, ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the lake, sipping excellent local wine and enjoy a romantic dinner by candlelight.

The house is located a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful and romantic Varenna. From here, you can go by ferry to Bellagio and Menaggio or take a boat ride to explore the colorful villages overlooking the lake. In Varenna, there is also the train station that allows you to reach Lecco, Monza and Milan very easily, therefore it is ideal for a day of shopping or sightseeing in the area. Varenna, known as the Diamante del Lago, has many restaurants, as well as bars by the lake shore, where you can enjoy an aperitif and admire the beautiful view. In the winter months, you can access the ski resorts in less than two hours, such as Bormio, St. Moritz and Madesimo, to name a few.
