This beautiful apartment is on the first floor of Residence Vista d’Oro and has a pretty terrace fully equipped where you can enjoy the amazing and wonderful sunsets on the lake, drinking a fine local wine or enjoying a romantic dinner by candlelight. The angular position allow the guests to have an enviable view of the lake and intimacy.

The apartment is very bright thanks to the large doors giving easy access to the terrace with that wonderful lake view directly from the living room.



Casa Andrea Varenna’s entrance takes you directly to the living zone composed of dining area, living room with double sofabed and kitchenette fully equipped (dish washer, toaster, kettle, oven, kitchen tools). The apartment has also a master bedroom second bedroom with twin beds that can become a double bed if put together, and a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine



The picturesque village of Perledo overlooks the stunning, romantic town of Varenna. From here you can catch a ferry to Bellagio, Menaggio or simply enjoy a boat ride to explore the many beautiful villas which surround the lake. Varenna has a railway station allowing easy access to Lecco, Monza and Milan, ideal for a day’s shopping and sightseeing.

Varenna, known, as the diamond of the lake, has many fine restaurants and lakeside bars and cafes where you can enjoy an aperitivo and admire the view.

In Winter months ski resorts at Bormio, St Moritz and Madesimo, to name a few, are easily accessible in less than 2 hours.
