The house is spread over two floors and includes:
A cozy and bright double bedroom with balcony;
Two rooms with bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends;
Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, toilet, and bidet, and the other with shower and toilet. Hairdryers and towels are available.
A spacious living room, furnished with a sofa bed (French style), dining tables, and TV;
A fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, moka pot, and kettle;
A private covered garage, with space for two cars;
A large terrace equipped with sun awnings where you can play with your four-legged friends.

The house is easily reachable via GPS directions, the road is single-lane therefore, it is preferable to use moderate speeds. Garage access is not suitable for sports cars (in that case, or if in doubt, ask the host).

The building is a semi-detached villa, Symphony Home is number 25, at 27 lives a family with a medium-sized dog. Please therefore show courtesy towards the neighbors and leave the passage for cars clear.

For those bringing their pets, the following will be provided: outdoor and indoor dog bed, sandpit and bed for the cat, bowls and towels.

In Serso, quiet prevails and there is a mild and sunny climate almost all year round.
The house is in a panoramic position with views of the surrounding mountains and from the garden it is possible to admire Pergine Castle. Via dei Caldonazzi ends at number 25 (Symphony Home), therefore the movement on four wheels ends and the rhythmic proceeding of your legs or the sustainable flow of two wheels begins. From here, you can immediately immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. It is ideal for elderly and children because the trails are easily walkable and well maintained.
Not far from Symphony Home, there is a playground, a football field, and public transport (bus) that in 5 minutes reach Pergine Valsugana, a town with numerous services, including skating rink, swimming pool, gym, bouldering, bocce courts, bicycle or scooter rental.

The Montesei archaeological area of Serso (the oldest in Trentino) is directly reachable on foot from the house. The excursion is evocative also because the route is accompanied by informative panels made by students about the archaeological sites and nature.
Church of San Giorgio in the village of Serso, dating back to the 16th century, a place loved for weddings.
Pergine Castle, located a quarter of an hour from the house, for suggestive walks among history, art, panoramas, and tastings.

Serso center bus stop → about 300 m from the house (5 min on foot).
Pergine Valsugana bus station (Intermodal Center) → about 4 km (8 min by car, 10–15 min by bus from Serso). From here, local and extra-urban buses depart to Trento, Valsugana, and the Plateaus.
Valsugana cycle path (famous cycle path along the lakes and Brenta River) 10 km away.

Trains
Pergine Valsugana railway station → about 4 km (8 min by car, also connected by bus from Serso).
Trento–Venice line with regional trains to Trento (20 min), Levico/Calceranica/Lake Caldonazzo (10–15 min), Bassano del Grappa (1 h), and Venezia Santa Lucia (about 2 h 30 min).
