Summary:
A delightful and spacious home that comfortably sleeps 10, in the heart of Penzance, a few minutes walk from the seafront and roughly 5 minutes from the train & bus station. This recently renovated house has all you could need for a family holidaying together. Penzance is at the heart of the tourist area of Penwith in West Cornwall with many attractions including, boutique shopping, character pubs & restaurants, parks, gardens plus wonderful coves & sandy beaches linked by the coastal footpath.
The Space:
Ground Floor~
2 living areas with plenty of seating for the whole group, large brand new fully equipped kitchen with island and dining for all guests.
Large ground floor shower room to take advantage of when you come straight from the beach, ample space to store surfboards and bikes.
First Floor~
3 King size bedrooms (1 ensuite)

There is also a small back yard. and to the back of this yard sneaky views of St Michaels Mount can be seen.
There is no dedicated parking space with this property, however free on street property is available on a first come basis. If you fail to park in this particular street there are surrounding streets where you should find a space. Failing that the Harbourside Long stay Car Park is only 5 minutes away.
Please note that this property is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, particularly during unsociable hours, are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

The Neighborhood:
Penzance is a lively and friendly town, with a welcoming community. The sea and beaches are clean and pollution free and a fantastic free day out for all ages to enjoy. The surrounding landscape and coastline are breathtaking. Penzance boasts one of the mildest climates in the UK, which is great as there is plenty to see and do outdoors. The house is a few minutes walk from the center of Penzance, the sea can be seen from some of the rooms inside, but the best view is when you step out of the front door and take a few steps towards the seafront.
Getting Around:
There is no dedicated parking space with this property, however free on street property is available on a first come basis. If you fail to park in this particular street there are surrounding streets where you should find a space. Failing that the Harbourside Long stay Car Park is only 5 minutes away.
If you are travelling by train the station is roughly 5 minutes walk away, there is also a bus station right beside the train station should you wish to explore Cornwall using public transport.
Bus routes
You’ll find Penzance Bus Station at the bottom of town, near the harbour. From here, you can travel out to local towns and villages like Marazion, St Ives, Land’s End, Newlyn and Mousehole.
In good weather, open top buses travel on the most popular tourist routes around St Ives, Land’s End and Marazion. To check times, visit the First website.
Bike hire
Opt for two wheels to take advantage of the quiet lanes and cycle paths. Bikes can be hired from several spots in and around Penzance, including Penzance Bike Hire from RideOn eBikes, Trinity Yard and Land’s End Cycle Hire in nearby Long Rock.
Or download the "Beryl" app and help yourself to one of the green electric bikes dotted around the town (be sure to check the battery life of the bike you choose before you set off).
Parking
Penzance has several short and long-stay car parks, operated by Cornwall Council. If you’ll be travelling around west Cornwall, seven and 14-day Rover tickets are available to buy online and allow you to park in most long-stay car parks for a one-off payment.
Alternatively, you can pay as you go using the Phone and Pay app. To find out more about parking in Penzance, visit the Cornwall Council and the Penzance Town Council websites.
Sailings to the Isles of Scilly
From Penzance Harbour, pop over to the Isles of Scilly: a cluster of Mediterranean-style islands 28 miles off Land’s End. The Scillonian III sails from Easter to November, arriving on the largest island of St Mary’s. If you’re driving to Penzance, you can leave your vehicle securely with Isles of Scilly Parking or Scilly Parking.
Other Things to Note:
We can supply a travel cot on request but we do not provide bedding for the travel cots.
A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted on request at an additional fee of £25 per stay.
