Summary:
This charming maisonette is a perfect base for exploring West Cornwall. It is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm or relax in front of the TV after a long day of sightseeing. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything, from this centrally located property, whether it be shopping on the historic Chapel Street, a stroll on the Promenade, enjoying some of the independant restaurants & historic pubs, or braving a swim in the Art deco Jubilee pool.
The Space:
Accessed by the spiral staircase to the rear of the property just off Causewayhead
The property has lots of natural light and features an open plan dining/living area.
First Floor

The property benefits from fast broadband. With WIFI throughout, should you be on a working holiday, you should not struggle to connect.
The property also has double glazing and gas central heated so it is nice and toasty on demand.
Guest Access:
The full maisonette will be yours privatly for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The property is situated in the historical Causewayhead formely a pig market, there are plenty of shops, cafes and character in Causewayhead and the longest continually running cinema in the UK having opened its door in 1912. The building is situated down a small entrance way off the Main Street.
Getting Around:
Centrally located in the heart of Penzance, less than 10 minutes walk from Penzance train and bus station, 2 minutes walk from St. Erbyn's Long stay car park TR18 2RG parking is charged at ÂŁ8 for 24 hours weekly cost ÂŁ39.20. Free parking daily from 4pm-9am. There are also multiple short stay car parks surrounding the area.

~ Should you require the travel cot, or high chair please let us know in advance as they are not stored in the property.
~Although Causewayhead itself is a bustling street by day, by night it is pretty quiet, however Penzance's friend and foe, the seagull can make a bit of a racket, the double glazing drowns out most of the noise, but if like me you sleep with the window open, you may be woken earlier than expected.
Interaction with Guests:
We aim to help as much as possible, do not hesitate to call, message or text at anytime (if itâs late at night we may be sleeping) but we will be up bright and early to deal with any issues, or simply tell you where to go for breakfast :)
