Located in a countryside spot yet with the long seafront within strolling distance, this a perfect gem to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Just 2 miles away you will find the beach and iconic St Michael's Mount at Marazion. To the north lies the resort of St Ives a favourite with artists for generations and a true surfing mecca. To the west lies Lands End and the stunning beaches of Sennen Cove. Penzance is the largest town in the area with plenty of choice for those shopping days or take a dip in the 1930’s Lido. Attractions in the area include the Tate Modern in St Ives, Karting, Poldark and Geevor Tin Mines, Flambards and the Paradise theme parks.
Upon entering this delightful property step into the welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner immediately you gain a sense of light and space which features throughout the property. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making this perfect for cooking as little or as much as you like. Sit down and enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table. In the lounge area cosy up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite film on the Smart TV or read your favourite book. From here there is access to all three bedrooms. The master suite is king-size with hanging space, contemporary en-suite shower and WC. The second tastefully furnished king-size also has hanging space. The spacious twin is a light and airy room also with plenty of hanging space. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.
Double doors open up from the lounge area onto the completely enclosed and private garden with an al fresco dining area, perfect for relaxing and listening to the not so distant wildlife. Outside in the large driveway is a tap for hosing down muddy or sandy dogs or wetsuits, plus a rail for hanging wetsuits to dry. There is driveway parking for three cars.
