This spacious three-bedroom open-concept condo is just two blocks away from the stunning Okanagan Lake beach and parks, making it the perfect destination for families or small groups up to 6 (including children) who are looking to explore the local wineries, breweries, and all the exciting activities that Penticton has to offer. With a prime location just minutes away from restaurants, shops, and a variety of activities, you'll never run out of things to do. The event center, gym, hockey rink, library, pool, and casino are all within a 5-minute walk! This fully-contained condo is our secondary suite (we live mainly in our main condo in the complex). We use this secondary suite to accommodate visiting family (we have a large family) and friends. When we or they are not using it, all personal belongings are removed or stored away, giving you a great feel of a home away from home. The only thing we do not remove is our demonstration of our love for elephants - go ahead and count them if you can.

Perfect!

Property was lovely, location perfect, amenities amazing and hosts could not have been nicer! Our party of 5 (grandparents, parents and 2 year old grandson) had everything we needed. Condo had high chair, playpen, toys, books, stuffies, toddler dishes and cutlery, wagon
.perfect for families with little ones who are flying into town and limited as to how much equipment they can bring! All kinds of little extra’s including cookies and other treats to welcome us. We will definitely be back!

Long Weekend Cycling Trip

Enjoyed staying at this VRBO while travelling to Penticton for a cycling vacation with the guys. Accommodations were clean and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the secure private garage for storing our precious bicycles safely!

We Will Be Back

This is the first VRBO I've ever been in that needs to get a 10 star rating! The things that stood out beyond the normal: A welcome basket full of goodies (including a small elephant statue); amenity trays in eat room with bottled water, hand cream, face masks, and more: amenity trays in bathrooms with literally everything you would ever need including individual mouth wash and dental floss; an electronic welcome board for checking in and out and with links to things to do in the area and lots of wonderful elephants, of course! Oh, and when was the last time you stayed anywhere where the smell of warm chocolate cookies greeted you as you opened the door. They were wonderful and enjoyed with the chilled white wine left for us. Behind all this were the owners, who have gone above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They were so kind and helpful. We will return to Penticton again and look forward to staying here again. Book this place - your will not be dissapointed!

What a great weekend of riding and relaxing. The lodging was very comfortable and location was perfect. Dale and Debbie are super hosts and lots of thought has gone into looking after every detail of what you might need in your stay.

Great place to call home base

Dale and Debbie are the definitions of super hosts. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a thoughtful welcome basket and a bottle of wine. The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there including cooking utensils, comfortable seating, toiletries, etc. Debbie and Dale went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. They have a great home and manage this unit effectively. We will definitely be returning next time we come to town!

Dale and Debbie are truly remarkable hosts! Communication was seamless. They went out of their way to have us feel welcome as we arrived, the highlight for my son was a fresh batch of Chocolate Chip cookies on the counter still warm as we arrived at the condo. A chilled bottle of local wine was my wife's favourite welcome gift! The Condo had everything we could possibly have conceived of needing. It was clean and the perfect cool temperature to walk into on a warm day. Having a garage bay separate from the unit available as well was super helpful for drying and storing my son's hockey gear as we were in town for a hockey camp. The location is absolutely ideal, just a couple blocks from both the beach and the event centre, close enough to both for easy walking but far enough away that there is plenty of parking in the neighbourood and some peace and quiet when you arrive home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience all around! Highly recommended for your next visit to Penticton!

Lovely place to call home for 3 days. Great location and walking distance to shopping, beach, and restaurants. Comfortable beds, A/C, and bedding made for a good nights sleep. Well stocked kitchen and BBQ. Covered deck was a bonus. Would rent again.

Hospitality at its best!

From the time I booked to the end of our stay, every attention to detail was paid, down to the birthday cupcakes! The apartment is furnished with quality and style. A short walk to the waterfront and beautiful Main Street meant we were never far from the fun, can’t wait to return!

A Great Experience

We have used VRBO's on many occasions. This was by fair the best experience we have had. Dale & Debbie have thought of everything you need to be comfortable. It really felt like home during our stay. We played some golf and attended the Peach City Beach Cruise. A great time, we will be back.

Great place to stay and a great location!

Four of us came to Penticton for a week long bridge tournament. The condo is about a block from the playing site - ideal. The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped for pretty much everything. Great spaces for socializing and sitting around chatting. The weather didn't cooperate so we didn't use the deck much, but it is spacious and comfortable too. Deb and Dale were so welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. I have stayed at many nice VRBO rentals, and I have never before seen such attention to detail and to make us feel as welcome as possible. We've already booked it for next year!

Home away from Home

The property was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a short or extended stay. In fact when we thought we figured out they didn’t have an random cooking utensil - ie garlic press , it arrived the next day at the door . Dale & Debbie go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome , have everything you need , and that your stay is amazing. It was a 12 day stay during which We were celebrating 2 Birthdays in our group and they dropped off a beautiful cake, charcuterie board, wine and flowers with thoughtful cards for each of us. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are beyond fantastic hosts!! Thank you and we cannot wait to come back !
