Introducing Vista Viento! This 14th floor unit with a private balcony has everything you need to convince guests that Perdido Key is paradise found. Windemere is a premiere location, right on the sparkling blue Gulf of Mexico. The white sand beaches of beautiful Perdido Key, Florida, are waiting just at the end of the boardwalk. Enjoy Windemere amenities like a beachfront pool, hot tub, fitness room and a reserved covered parking spot, in addition to the fun in the sun you will have on these incomparable beaches. Perdido Key is much loved for its less-developed coastline and natural beauty. Perdido Key is a family-friendly vacation destination, but this unit is a great getaway for anyone and everyone.
Vista Viento has plenty of room to stretch out with 1559 SF. It has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 8. The Master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed with an en-suite bath. The room with the double beds light fixture was hanging and light was very dim, we called and they were supposed to come fix it but maintenance never showed up! The sink stopper in that bathroom was missing! The water pressure in the bathroom across the hall was very low and the lock on the sliding doors was hanging! The place needs to be updated!

The property location was good, the area was nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay. I would say the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were hard. The housekeeping was ok but sliding door and TV were loaded with finger prints and really should be cleaned better. Furniture (couch and loveseat) really need to be replaced they are not in good shape. Broken light/fans in one bedroom. But we did enjoy the property and our stay there.

Family getaway

Booked online through VRBO. The presentation of the condo was very appealing. It fit what we needed for our crew. Right number of bedrooms and bathrooms, convenience to the beach, and pool. Also, Perdido Key Property Management were great and helpful. However, when my husband and I arrived on Thursday afternoon, after 4:00, the condominium was not clean. It was surfaced clean, but dirt on floors, kitchen counters, refrigerator, and stove were dirty. The washing machine was filthy, the closet door in one bedroom was laying into the closet, and the towel racks in primary bathroom were falling off the wall. I called immediately and talked with the property management, and they sent the cleaning lady back to clean. They did clean some. One day later, my daughter noticed the sink was not draining in her bathroom and the globe on the ceiling fan in the front bedroom was off. Called again, and they sent a nice maintenance man and he fixed it. Except, the globe wasn’t what was supposed to be on the fan. Slipped off again. The ceiling fan blades had not been cleaned in any of the rooms, the tv screens were nasty. I could go on, but that’s enough. Needless to say , I was very disappointed. Will not stay in this unit again.

Beautiful views

This was a corner condo that had a spectacular balcony view of the ocean. Plenty of space for a family of four, with a great parking space in the covered garage. A wonderful place to stay, relax and spend time with family. Would stay there again!
