Harbour Pointe is a serene waterfront property nestled beside a well-maintained marina, offering unobstructed views of the unspoiled Gulf Islands National Seashore. From your private balcony, take in the stunning panorama: sparkling water, a backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico, and a seemingly endless blue horizon. This is one of the best places in Perdido Key to catch the Blue Angels in action on their practice days.

The complex features a beautiful waterfront pool with a spacious deck and an impressive grilling area. Just beyond the pool lies a peaceful sandy beach with calm, shallow water—perfect for wading, fishing, or simply relaxing. To the east, you'll spot the Pass leading out to the open Gulf, and beyond that, the iconic white sandbar near NAS Pensacola.

Inside, the condo is just as inviting. The master bedroom features a luxurious, remote-controlled adjustable mattress, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and balcony access with unforgettable views. Beginning Monday, December 22nd, the walkway deck coating project will proceed with demolition of the existing floor coatings during normal working hours.
This will take place on the 4th - 8th floors. There may be some noise and vacuuming for dust throughout the building.
The walkways can be used during the demolition (proceed with caution), and after demolition.
We currently do not have an end date for this project, Please call for further updates.
