It offers a luxury vacation accommodation that is spacious enough to fit the whole family and some friends, too. The main living area has a fully equipped chef's kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances. The island offers plenty of prep surface as well as additional seating. Walk outside to the back deck to enjoy grilling and watching for the Blue Angels to fly past. The main living area is an open floorplan with upscale casual furnishings in the living room and dining area. Check out the great front porch, perfect for watching the sunset streak the Western sky's pastel colors. There is a comfortable bedroom on the main floor and a convenient half bath. On the second floor, you will find a private master suite with a spacious, spa-like bathroom that features a garden tub, separate tile shower, granite double vanities, and large closets. The third floor features two spacious bedrooms that each offer comfortable beds and private full bathrooms. Two sets of twin over full bunk beds offer a fun bedroom for kids and teens, comfortable enough for adults too. This house is perfect for pampering yourself for a gulf getaway but is a wonderful setup for a large group of friends or family members.
Arborgate has a community pool and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico's beautiful white sand beaches are just a short walk or bike ride down the sidewalk. Public Beach Access 3 is located at the end of River Road and has facilities, but you are close enough to run back to the house if you forget your sunscreen. There is a public kayak launch on River Road so bring your kayak. One of Perdido's favorite waterfront restaurants is located right off of River Road. Put "Catching a sunset from Sunset Grille" on your Perdido Key Bucket List. Arborgate is a wonderfully convenient place, located in the heart of Perdido Key. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions because Perdido Key rests right between Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach.
