Boardwalk is a large four-bedroom two bath residence on the top floor of a beach triplex.

This property has a 100' of private beach directly on the gulf, Boardwalk is truly a low-density complex.

There are four bedrooms with 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. Plus ample space for air mattresses if extra guests arrive.

The bathrooms have shower/ tub combinations and lots of counter area.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig and a drip multi-cup coffee maker.

There is plenty of space for entertaining or family meals. The dinning room features an extended table so invite guests. The kitchen island has a smooth top stove and extra counter space. There is a new extra large capacity refrigerator. This kitchen has lots of room and tons of storage. The cabinets and counter space wraps around the East end of the house. There is also a walk-in pantry.

There is a washer and dryer included in the unit.

For your enjoyment we provide complimentary high speed wi-fi with a panoramic router, smart TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms, and cable in the living room, and the master bedroom. Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

When it’s time to get out of the sun there is plenty of fun to be had. There are board games and a poker chip set stored inside the authentic casino dealers' table. There is a new dart board in the tennis table room at the front of the house. New paddles and balls have been provided. There are pool sticks provided next to the pool table which is located in one area of the large open living room. The living room opens onto the spacious deck.

There are four sets of sliding doors for accessing the large deck. The deck has a large picnic table with seating for 8, plus chairs, and loungers for you to enjoy. This deck has a magnificent view and is great for soaking up the Florida Sunshine. It feels as if you are on your own private beach. The deck is private and encompasses the top floor. There are stairs off the deck to take you directly to the boardwalk and out to the beach. There are miscellaneous boards, floats, and beach toys downstairs by the garage.

This home has ample parking available with no limit or restrictions. The parking is in open bay garages or an open parking drive. This semi private is great for a family vacation or family reunions and get-togethers. The home has 2 additional 3 bedroom 2 baths below it on the second level available to rent. Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, paper towels, and toilet paper so please pack accordingly!
