Very clean and new property. We loved having the garage to park in. Comfortable beds and furniture. There were a few things lacking like an extra blanket, books, toys, that you find in other rentals that would have taken this rental from great to outstanding for our family.

A peaceful oasis!

This townhouse was AMAZING and matched the description exactly. It was very clean and had all the necessary essentials for the kitchen, each bathroom and laundry. There is a shuttle that runs daily and the resort is close to shops, restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. Communication with management was very smooth and responsive. I will definitely plan to stay here again!

Florida Summer Getaway

My family and I take a summer trip every year and this year we decided to return to Florida, but only stay in one place. It was a road trip so we wanted closer to us in Texas than down in the panhandle. The home is beautiful and clean. In talking with the neighbor, the home is fairly new, and it shows. We love the location. We were right near the beach, and there were so many great places to eat. There was plenty of cookware to meet our needs, and the kitchen/dining area had more than enough room for our family of four. We loved the extra half bathroom on the second floor. The house was always nice and cool and extra cold at night, to my wife's liking. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. We loved the standing shower in the master bathroom and plenty of room with two sinks. We loved that a shuttle took you to the pools, beach area, and back to your home. That was a nice surprise. There are lots of beaches along the main road just outside of the community with beautiful white/soft sand. Perdido Key is a nice beach area/community. (I wish people would not be so trashy on the beaches. It makes me upset that people don't pick up after themselves with such beautiful water and beaches. If I had any drawback, we could only connect a certain amount of devices to the Wifi at a time. We are a super tech family, so we realize we are not the norm. But we worked around it, so it wasn't a big deal. Thank you!
