This cottage is ready for you to enjoy, just bring your swimsuit. Located just a 5 minute drive from the famous Perdido Key beaches. Ample parking, fenced yard and outdoor eating and grilling area to relax day or night Once you enter you will be met by the beautiful open floor plan. The kitchen, living room and dining area are wide open giving you that spacious feel that we all love. This cottage sleeps up 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children. This cottage is located behind the owners house behind a 6 foot privacy fence. This cottage is your own oasis after a long day at the beach or visiting the many surrounding attractions. Close to walking paths, playgrounds and marinas you are never far from the action!!!!

This property is much larger than a regular one-bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything necessary for cooking. The yard is completely fenced and large. Also available are beach chairs and an umbrella. It was a very quiet location

Great house if your traveling with pets.

We have stayed in this house twice. We travel with our dogs and the fenced in backyard was a great size for them. The house is a good size with enough space in the bedroom to fit 2 large kennels. The house is clean. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook. My kids loved making shakes in the blender! The beds were all comfortable and the ac worked great. The house backs up to a beautiful woods area. Such a pretty property.

We really enjoyed our second stay at this location. The hosts are wonderful and respond to every concern or question and their expectations are clear. The house was clean and had everything in it we could possibly want. The location is 5 min from the beach and 20 min from downtown Pensacola.

Great Location, Responsive Owners

Small house very neat. Had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and had lots of suggestions of things to do and see in the area. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was a nice wild area across the street where we could walk our dogs every day and the fenced in yard was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed our two weeks there.

Review

Souzanne & Aaron were great people. They even celebrated my birthday with us. They even brought me presents. The place was well equipped & the bed was comfy. The closed in backyard was great for our small dog.Driving was a problem as you had to drive a long distance to see the ocean & to be on a beach with a dog. If my car hadn't broken down we would have had a much better time. All in all we enjoyed our time away from the snow & rain.

Lovely little cottage away from people and noise. Centrally located between beaches, attractions and downtown. Host was readily accessible if I needed something. Loved the fenced yard and privacy. I only wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Nice place with lots of amenities, and friendly, helpful owners! Short drive to beaches and attractions.. unfortunately it was a bad week to pick for our visit.. impending hurricane required us to leave a couple of days early.. 🙄 But we would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to this area.. 👍🙂

We will definitely return!

We loved this rental for our 3 night stay! There was plenty of room. Plenty of sleeping spots to choose from. The kitchen had everything that you could need. The water pressure in the shower was superb and the hot water never seemed to end! After being at the beach all day and each of us taking showers one right after the other that shower was amazing. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There were beach chairs available for us to use which we were very thankful for since we didn't bring any. The house was in a central location which made it easy to get to where we wanted to go. Johnson's Beach and the Naval Aviation Museum were only a few minutes away. We would stay here again for our next trip.

Nice place and a short drive to everything we wanted

My wife and I checked in on Monday, and checked out on Friday. The only thing we wished would have been different was the shower. It was only large enough for 1 person. Other than that, we found the place to be excellent! The property owners provide lots of information for their renters to view once inside. We have been to the area several times, so we pretty much already knew what we were going to do, and where we were going to go. The cool thing was we were about midway between FLORA-BAMA, where we like to go listen to the live music, and the Pensacola Pier, where we like to go fish. All in all, we had a great time, and it sure was nice to have such a nice place in a good, quiet area to go to after a long day. If you’re looking for a place away from the hustle/bustle/and noise, yet close enough to take part when you want to, I definitely recommend this place!

We had an okay at check in. We didn’t realize the property was a guest house. It was not listed as this. We also rented the property because we thought it had a hot tub. There is NOT a hot tub. It also said it had kayaks and paddle boards available upon request there is in fact NOT either of those. I was told you can rent them at the beach almost 20 minutes away from the beach. Upon leaving we done exactly what we were told on the list for our departure. We done the dishes, washed and folded towels and wash rags, we cleaned up the very best we could.( I got deathly ill the last night I was there so it was nearly impossible for me to barely move.) when we left we had to leave the door open to load everything in the car and pack everything in our car. Including our 10 yr and our 3 1/2 yr old. When we got to our next destination. I was told that they were very disappointed in the way I left the property. And when asked why he said there was trash in the freezer(which included 3 milkshakes I forgot about) and wrappers everywhere. There was may 2-3 at most. And piece of candy stuck To the carpet. Again I have a 10yr and a 3 1/2 yr old. You can’t expect perfection. My suggestion is if you want to be closer to the beach and not felt like you were watched on the whole time find elsewhere especially with kids. It’s not idealistic with kids and there isn’t a hot tub or kayaks on site. I didn’t feel like we could’ve done anything to make them happy.

This cottage is between the beaches and Pensacola which was a perfect location for us. The hosts were helpful and friendly and the cottage was clean and stocked with everything we could need. The bed was very comfortable too!

Wonderful, peaceful stay

This property was perfect, peaceful, and very clean! I would stay here again and hope we are able to return in the near future. We loved the distance to the beach. The yard was also perfect for our dog. The king bed was very comfortable and it's the best I've ever slept away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space for us to relax and hang out. The owners were very accommodating and adjusted our stay at the last minute. This was by far my favorite place we've booked through VRBO!
