Tastefully decorated and comfortable, this condo is about getting away from the hustle and bustle to spend time with family, friends and nature. Spend your mornings sitting on the balcony sipping a cup of coffee and watching dolphins swim off shore. Use our guest beach chairs and beach umbrella provided free or you can rent from the vender on the beach during summer season to enjoy a day in the sand.

This condo sleeps 4 with a King bed in the master suite and also a queen sofa bed in the living room. It features a cozy great room with a seating and dining area, a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, cable and Wifi. There is a half bath off the living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower only (no tub). There are linens, books, games, movies and beach chairs and umbrella provided for your convenience. In the evenings, grill fresh seafood poolside or watch the sunset from the balcony.

You will also have access to all of the Perdido Sun building amenities: 300 feet of beach with beach service for purchase during summertime, a large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and showers, laundry facility, conference room with kitchen, 24 hour security cameras in the main resort area, three (3) elevators, and an inviting lobby. We also have a special outdoor guest closet that is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, beach and pool toys for you to use during your stay. In addition, we also provide beach towels for your stay.

This beautiful get-a-way has been recently remodeled with an upgraded AC for your enjoyment.

The condo is ideally situated on Perdido Key’s gulf coast with easy access to Pensacola, Orange Beach, state parks and more. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the gulf coast’s countless attractions. Perdido Key has plenty of delicious restaurants and exciting activities for the whole family. Visit the small Villagio shopping center across the street for some local shopping or sushi at the Jellyfish. Adults can play a round of golf then head to the Flora-bama for drinks, live music and dancing. Kids will enjoy exploring and hiking at Big Lagoon State Park. For the adventure lovers – take a dolphin cruise, go deep sea fishing, or change your perspective with a parasailing ride. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to historic downtown Pensacola where you can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife, the Naval Aviation Museum, and the famous Joe Patti’s seafood market. Other favorite activities nearby include the Pensacola Greyhound Park, Five Flags Speedway, Blue Wahoos baseball, scuba diving, kayaking, and climbing to the top of one of the area lighthouses.
