Conveniently located in the charming, Old East Hill district, enjoy easy walking distance to groceries, shopping, and downtown entertainment. A private, stone courtyard offers a shady retreat from the heat, surrounded by bamboo and cherry blossom. Enjoy backyard barbecues with the gas grill and spend nights around the firepit.

The bright, tastefully appointed living area features an open layout with lofty, recessed ceilings and track lighting. The full, island kitchen comes well-equipped for home-cooking with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. A mid-size dishwasher makes for easy cleanup. There's plush barstool seating for four at the breakfast bar and the adjacent dining welcomes sit-down meals with seating for seven. Between outings, relax with your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV in the living room.

The home's two-story interior features a split-level layout with bedrooms and bathrooms located upstairs and household living on the ground-floor.

Old East Hill is home to a great selection of local dining options and community events including farmer's markets, concerts in the park, and year-long festivals. Hopheads will appreciate a vibrant craft brew scene. Pensacola Bay Center, downtown, and the waterfront are all within an easy walk.

We loved the layout and the pics in the listing are good representations of what you’re getting. We are planning another holiday and this will be our first choice. Location is terrific, right next to downtown.Communication was good (managed through Vacasa), with check in/out simple via text/app. While some were provided, I would like to have seen a stock of toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods, and paper towels, but that’s just me and not anything I would count as a negative in review of our stay.Overall a great stay. Thank you!

It was cool. Overlooked the fact that both bathrooms were upstairs and I have disabled relatives so it wasn’t really handicap accessible. Not a lot of cupboard space for our food. I would say this is a good location for small families on short stays, not big families like mine on longer stays with disabled relatives.

Property condition fell shy of price point.

With a very small investment and a smidgen of care this property could well be worth the price point. However it was not. I texted this to Vaasa but they did not care. Baby gate covered in dog urine, almost no coffee cups usable, and possible to cook a meal with the pans provided. Broken toilet paper dispenser and shower diverter. Broken gate. And several other small fixable things. Not even one full-length mirror in the entire place and multiple places to put a 9 mirror from Walmart on the inside of closet doors

Renting with Vacasa is too much of a corporate, inflexible, experience for us.

The place was fine, but renting with Vacasa is not for us. They are a big, impersonal corporation and if you need to talk to someone you have to call a 1-800 number or text via SMS. You will speak with someone who has no idea what is going on with the property and is basically an answering service. They are trained to tell you that can't help you with your request and wish you a good day. I am not going to rent with Vacasa in the future. My experiences renting with a local owner allows us both flexibility.Example: We drove cross country from San Diego, Ca to Pensacola, Fl so my son could report for flight school at NAS Pensacola. 24 hours before we arrived, I knew we would get into town around 12:30 pm and check in time was not until 4 pm. My son needed a place to change so he could check in on base and get his orders stamped that day. So I contacted Vacasa both by SMS texting as well as a call and explained our situation and respectfully requested a favor. I was told they would text me if early check in was available. Well, of course I never got a text. We sat in the parking lot of the property for 2 hours because we would not enter a property early without permission. The place was absolutely available for early check in. It was already cleaned and vacant given the absence of anyone coming or going from the property. It would have been so easy to do our exhausted family a solid and let us unpack and get settled and get my son to base.

Perfect location! Loved the outdoor area!

The townhouse was clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect location to downtown restaurants. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The best part of our stay was sitting around our private fire pit in the evening! We would definitely stay here again.

We came to Pensacola in mid-October to visit a friend and really enjoyed our stay! The townhome was very clean and well decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was conveniently located and had everything we needed (minus enough coffee cups!). If we ever come back we would stay here again. Thanks!

I would like to say this house could be a good rental with some maintenance. There are stains on the rug going up steps and upstairs. There was no ironing board. There were like 5 hangers. There was no step ladder to unplug the smoke alarm that went off at 3am. Clearly no one is maintaining this property. There are stains on the sofa in the living room. There is an odor when you come in back door like mildew. We did smell faint cat urine in places. Shower curtain is stained with mildew in 2nd bath. Hairs all over the first bathroom on floor in tub etc. i found a hair in the freezer. I saw it because its long and dark. We had the issue when we arrived that we received a text that we could check in early. He were out side in 95 degree heat for 20 minutes and spoke to 2 different people at your company only to find out the code does not work until 4pm even though your company texted us that we could check in early. The master toilet was not flushing properly. I was texting the property manger every day and it's hard to enjoy your stay when you are trying to solve issues with your rental. I asked for compensation for our troubles and of course the answer was NO!

We were happily impressed with this townhome. It is located in a very quiet block and the neighborhood is close to everything. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It has parking in the back which was very convenient. All in all a great value.

Great location, nice space!

The property is in a very convenient location, and the interior was very clean and very attractive. The private courtyard looked a bit neglected, but we hadn't intended to use it while we were there. When we arrived, we couldn't get the entry code to work. We called support and they ended up resetting the code. Later, we figured out by accident that you had to input a # before the numbers. That may have been the problem with the first code, and I'm surprised the support tech never mentioned it.

Interesting property

Located in a regentrified area of Pensacola. Has everything you need except coffee for in the morning. That would have been a nice touch. If you are visiting someone at the NAS, good location.

Full disclosure this is my second time staying here and it's actually gotten worse not better which is not what I was hoping. This property has so much potential and it's the ideal location which is why I gave it another chance. Let me start with the fact that there's multiple appliances and amenities that don't work including the washing machine, the coffee maker (as another reviewer mentioned) and the dishwasher leaks all over so if you're going to run dishes you'll end up with a wet floor. First rental I have stayed in Pensacola that doesn't even provide one free cup of coffee/ creamer/ or basics like salt and pepper or a bottle of water or a water filter on the refrigerator. Upstairs everything is pretty good except the unit is renovated almost entirely- except for the bathrooms so you step back into your mom's bathroom from the 80s with the shower curtain. It just generally feels like whoever owns this place doesn't really care or stopped about halfway through the set up. After staying in 11 different rentals in Pensacola over the past 3 months I had high hopes for this based on the location-- but it needs a lot of work before I'm going to come back again to give it another try.
