Perfectly suited for adventurous families, couples' groups, and other active groups, this beautiful home offers a respite that will spoil you after a long day of exploring some of the best nature trails, local state parks, nesting grounds for coastal birds, and beautiful powdery soft beaches that stretch between the tip of Perdido Key (Johnson Beach National Seashore), along Gulf Islands National Seashore (Perdido/Orange Beach) and Gulf Shores, AL.

If you love enjoying the beach your way- WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS of a fancy beach club or condo association to rain on your parade, Serenity Sky is your safe haven! With easy beach access (and plenty of parking!!) just minutes away, you can pack the cooler, grab your favorite beach gear and towels (all provided), and stake your claim on the sand for a day of fun in the sun!

This 2-story home is perfect for active families, couples' trips and other groups ready to explore and relax. With access to 16 miles of protected coastline to explore and Serenity Sky's locally based Airbnb Superhosts, Apryl & Allan are friendly and welcoming and are excited to share all the little things that make the gulf coast such a special place! This means you have a built-in concierge when you are looking for the best restaurants, activities and other off the beaten hot spots to ensure you have an unforgettable experience!

Upon entering the front door, guests will find an inviting and bright interior with splashes of color. Featuring an uncluttered, open floorplan and light color palette with neutral beach and organic tones with pops of rich emerald greens and soft seafoam tones surround you with comfort.

With a master bedroom on the main level with ensuite (attached bath), the main floor is primarily made up of living areas including: dining room, kitchen, living room, laundry room and half-bath. Relax on a plush leather sofa plus four comfortable swivel chairs around the crisp, modern coffee table. An exterior door leads from the spacious living room to the back patio which features a spacious outdoor dining table and chairs to enjoy sunset dining or cocktails as you use the propane BBQ grill.

Apart from an expansive main living area and covered patio, the main floor also features a generous dining area complete with a large dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with enough working space for several cooks! On the third floor, a second Master Suite with King Bed and attached bath, a Queen Guest Room, and an Additional Guest Room with two double beds, and a full bathroom in the hallway (shared between the two guest rooms) complete the home's sleeping areas, each designed with cool colors, plush mattresses and luxury linens and bath towels, all designed for relaxation. In addition, a large, open living area functions as a 2nd living room/game room complete with board and card games, giant size Twister, coloring books and other fun for all ages and more in addition to a wall mounted, Samsung 65" Smart TV. All bedrooms include wall-mounted Samsung Smart TVs with high-speed WiFi to support your favorite streaming services.

Staying at Serenity Sea also makes for the perfect starting point for exploration! Located only a few miles from Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and the Alabama Gulf Coast, the property is ideal for vacationers excited to explore! BEACH TOWELS-Beach towels may not be draped on the front deck or any other street-facing location for drying or other purposes.

COMPLAINTS- If a guest reports a complaint of a malfunction or unsatisfactory condition to a booking channel or the Property Manager, the reporting process grants permission for the Property Manager or its agent to enter the property to correct the situation.

FURNITURE-With the exception of dining table chairs and barstools, if applicable, no furniture may be moved by a guest.  

GAS GRILL- Use of the gas grill located on the ground level rear patio is AT YOUR OWN RISK. It may not be moved and may be operated only by an adult in compliance with commonly recognized safety guidelines which include the following:

WARNING FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN AN EXPLOSION OR FIRE THAT MAY CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

Before You Use The Grill

1. Check that the grill is not directly under any overhang. If it is, please re-position it to an open area.
2. Make sure tank valve is in its full off position. (Turn clockwise to stop.)
3. Check tank valve features to ensure it has proper external mating threads. (Tank Valve Marked: USE WITH TYPE 1.)
4. Make sure all burner valves are in their off positions.
5. Inspect valve connection port and regulator assembly. Look for any damage or debris. Remove any debris. Inspect hose for damage. Never attempt to use damage or plugged equipment. See your local LP Gas dealer for repairs.
6. When connecting regulator assembly to the tank valve, hand tighten nut clockwise to a positive stop. DO NOT use a wrench to tighten. Use of a wrench may damage quick closing coupling nut and result in a hazardous condition.
7. Open tank valve fully (counterclockwise). Use a soapy water solution to check all connections for leaks before attempting to light grill. If a leak is found, turn tank valve off and do not use grill until repairs can be made by a local LP Gas Dealer. DO NOT attempt to make repairs yourself.

Please be courteous to the next guest and always clean the grease pan and scrape the cooking grates after using the grill.

Tank refills/exchanges are the responsibility of the guest.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS- All guests must be identified and declared on the reservation, including full names, ages, and contact information. (Names are not required for children under 14.) ‱ You must be 25 and over to rent this home. ‱ A valid, working phone number is required or the reservation will be cancelled.

LATE CHECK OUT- Late check outs are stressful for all of us, including the cleaners. We will endeavor to assist you with this type of request and if approved we will assess a fee of $75 to cover the waiting time of the cleaning service. Check out times more than two hours late will be charged a fee equal to the base daily rate of the unit without discounts. The departing guest will not be entitled to an extra day of lodging.

LINENS & TOWELS-We provide high quality sheets, blankets, and towels for our guests.

LOCALS- Anyone residing within 50 miles of the property may not use the Instant Booking feature and must submit a Reservation Inquiry for consideration.

NEIGHBORS- Please be considerate of our neighbors as some of them are full time residents of this beautiful community.

OCCUPANCY- The occupancy of the property is limited to the specific individuals and headcount recorded on your reservation. A fee of $50 per day will be charged for each undisclosed
