Utilize the local boat ramp for jet skis or fishing and catch the Blue Angels practicing across the Bayou.



House Entertainment:

Fire-pit, corn-hole, backyard bar and grill.

Relax: A hammock for napping and a swing for kids’ play.



The Space:

Beachy Bungalow is located in the charming community of Navy Point and has the nostalgic feel of a postwar bungalow.



Guest Access:

Guests have full run of the property with the exception of a couple closets and the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Navy Point is a charming neighborhood established in 1944 to serve families commuting to the Naval Air Station. It boasts many small public access beaches and a 2 mile long beach trail lined with grand oaks, sandy beaches, and sea marshes. It has a convenient boat ramp within a mile of the house. It is undergoing a renaissance as many young families move in and renovate the properties.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood can be traveled by car, foot, or golf cart.



Other Things to Note:

*Guests under 25 years old must be pre-approved to rent "Beachy Bungalow".

*Guest ID may be requested and required to avoid cancellation.

* Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the house. An additional $200 cleaning fee may be assessed to professionally remove the smoke smell.
