2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. The fireplace is NOT available for guest use. A $500 fine will be applied if there is any evidence of use or tampering.
