The condo was spacious and very neat. There kitchen had EVERYTHING that could possibly be needed to cook except for food, including two different kinds of coffee pots. Two full bathrooms (one with a shower only, but the other had a Jacuzzi tub). The balcony has an ocean view which was beautiful. I had some questions for the property manager, but each one was answered promptly and with extreme politeness. Totally recommend the Emerald Dolphin as a beautiful place to say.

Pensacola condo

We booked a trip for a surprise Spring Break trip for my 17 yr old son. The location was terrific. They listing was as listed (minus a few furniture changes but that was no problem). Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed to cook meals. Communication was a little different then what I was used to. It's like it was an automated text but then sometimes someone would respond. When i asked about getting into the condo I received a screenshot of what was already sent, but I didn't know if the access code provided was for the door or not. When asked about tents and chairs it took awhile for a reply, and was told where can rent from. I'm glad I didn't rent ahead of time because there were 2 beach umbrellas and 2 beach chairs. We were flying from Virginia so couldn't bring these items. I'm not sure if these things were just bought and left by previous renters but so glad I didn't waste money renting ahead of time. The views from the condo and all of the windows was wonderful! We loved the picnic table on balcony and we were so glad we got to finally have a warm day to use it.

Its a nice place but if your big on the view this isnt 100% the view is only if you look to the left. There are buildings straight ahead and to the right. The view from the primary room is buildings. But the view from the other bedroom with 2 beds (that is actually the primary with the primary bathroom) Has the ocean view

Very Nice

Before we arrived I was looking at the pictures and afraid I made a mistake. I was very wrong. The condo was amazing. Walked in and instantly hit by smell of clean. Not overpowering or flowery, just a fresh clean. I was very happy with the rental. Everything we needed. No bugs, clean, well appointed kitchen, nice appliances, adequate ice and filtered water. The views were amazing. My only suggestion would be to bring a magnifying makeup mirror. Would be nice if the owner had ones installed.

Wonderful Views

This is a beautiful and spacious condo. Furniture is comfortable and kitchen is well supplied with all the dishes and cooking utensils you may need. The views from the deck are amazing! We would love to stay here again!

This unit is very nice. Pictures are true to what is there. The master bedroom has two queens versus a king, but the bathroom is very nice with a jetted tub and separate shower. There are no beach chairs, but we left a couple so others can enjoy. Hopefully they will still be there when we return again. We will definitely be back again. The location is perfect - away from the city center but still just a mile or so away. It's a quiet and peaceful location. Can't wait to return!

Fall Break Getaway

My husband, 8-year-old son, and I stayed here for a short getaway. It was perfect! The view was wonderful, the place was clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We are not really ocean swimmers, so spent most of our time at the pool. It definitely did not disappoint. We are definitely keeping this place at the top of our list when we return to Pensacola Beach!
