I have waited a few days to leave this review because honestly I dont know who to leave it against. I originally booked this room because of the closeness to the beach, 175 yards is what it says. There is no beach view from this room, the other buildings block the ocean view, so that wasnt an accurate description. #2- my husband and I were traveling with our 2 youngest grands 2yr old & 5yr old, wanted not to have to drive to the public beach every day. The first day we arrived, we walked to the boardwalk to find every boardwalk for these condos blocked off due to "beach repairs" by the state. I reached out to the host Rudy, he did not know anything about it and said he would investigate, which he did and responded how sorry he was, he also sent a map of another area we could access. The next day, that access was also blocked off from the public. Rudy was nice and responded promptly. However for the price I paid to be beachside and wasnt, I was very disappointed that nothing was done to try and make that any better. So basically we pd for a beachside condo that wasnt beachside at all the 4 days we were there. This room is also on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, I dont recall reading that in the description, again, disappointed as I would not have picked this particular room had I known I had to wrestle 2 toddlers up 2 flights of stairs every time we came and went. I hate leaving bad reviews and this is something I normally dont do. But i was very disappointed.

We were in town for the NAIA Women’s Soccer Championship, and Rudy was an exceptional host—responsive, flexible with our changing schedule, and genuinely hospitable. The condo was quiet enough for my husband to work online between games, and its location was perfect: just a short walk to the beautiful beach where we enjoyed getting some exercise and searching for treasures. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Roaches in the main bathroom, leftover used coffee and filter in the coffee pot basket, no dishwasher soap found ( I brought my own). I had assumed there would be a W/D, none in unit. Otherwise, not a terrible place to stay .....

Me & my family had an amazing time at this condo, just outside of the strip so not too far from everything but just far enough the beach wasn’t too busy! The condos were extremely quiet & family friendly! we will definitely be back!
