Beautiful 4-bedroom 3 bath beach house with views from both levels of the Gulf of Mexico. This bright and fun home is fully equipped with everything you will need for the perfect vacation. This home comfortably sleeps 10 people. The main floor bedroom offers a queen size bed, walk in closet, mounted flat screen TV. and also has a private entry to the shared full bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find a full bathroom and three additional rooms. The first bedroom offers a twin bed and also a queen. Down the hall in the second bedroom, you will have a bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the bottom also and one more twin bed.

Across the hall the master suite will offer a king size bed, two walk in closets and also a large master bathroom. This great bathroom has two separate sink areas, walk in shower and also a garden tub for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Back down the staircase, the kitchen will have everything you will need for entertaining and cooking Florida's fresh seafood. There is a good size laundry room off the kitchen and dining area for your convenience. The living room has a large sectional. The best part of this home is the two large balcony areas on both floors. The main floor balcony does offer a grill, so you are conveniently located close to the kitchen and dining area.

Great Pcola Beach House

We had a wonderful stay, and I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to the property manager's inconsistent response to questions. One other item, the kitchen was not well stocked to support a family without doing dishes constantly. That being said, the location was amazing, and the property was large but still cozy for our family to connect and enjoy the beach.

Short weekend at the beach

Dropping my oldest off at UWF, we needed a place to stay for the weekend prior. Villa Primera was a great option. The street is quiet. Walk across the street to the beach access. Parking under the residence provided cover from the sun. Close enough to dining options. The A/C worked well. Ceiling fans provided movement and white noise at night. There are TVs in each room that have streaming options but we didn't really watch them. The kitchen has a good assortment of dinnerware and cooking equipment. We made breakfast daily. There is a coffee maker and there were filters. What more could you ask? Would stay again.

Great beach house

Close , easy walk to beach. Kitchen was well appointed for group of 8 . It was nice to have acess to bikes and additiobal surf boards and beach toys. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with evening breeze and being able to see the gulf even though tge house us not on the beach. Minor issues with tv remotes were taken care of immidiately !

Awesome place

We had an awesome experience from the initial reservation process to check in and check out. The house is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. Senica was more than accommodating. Will definitely be staying again.

Great house and location

The house was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials we needed to cook dinners. The walk to the beach was VERY easy and convenient. Had 9 adults staying and never felt crowded. Will def look to rent same house in the future.

Nice house with a great location

Beds and linens were clean and relatively new. Floors, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen is well stocked. We had two couples, 4 grown children and two little children at the house. It was a lovely vacation!
