With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home is perfect for family gatherings, relaxing getaways, and traveling with pets. This pet-friendly townhome welcomes your furry companions to enjoy the beach alongside you.

For added convenience, the townhome features a private elevator providing easy access to every floor, making it ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Please note that elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. An over sized-garage, can fit up to 2 cars, along with reserved parking spots.

The sleeping layout includes a bedroom with two twin beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a luxurious primary suite featuring a king bed. The primary suite also includes a loft area furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, offering additional sleeping space. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for the chef in your group and includes a double oven, double dishwasher, ice cream maker, blender, rice cooker, and all necessary utensils and cookware, making it perfect for preparing everything from quick meals to seafood boils. There is a charcoal grill, for the grill master in the family!

For family fun, the home offers a shelf stocked with games as well as beach toys and activities. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, allowing everyone to enjoy their favorite shows and movies.

Step outside and experience true Gulf-front living in this family-friendly, pet-friendly, and accessible townhome that combines comfort, convenience, and stunning coastal views. There is an extra fridge in the garage, a great place to store beverages, for those hot summer days!

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
