Pas de rues à traverser! Condo spacieux dans le charmant village tribord sur la magnifique plage de Pensacola! Tout sur un seul niveau, il dispose de 3 grandes chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée attenante. 2 balcons; l'un à cÎté du salon et l'autre de la chambre principale, offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. La cuisine est bien équipée et dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable. Ajoutez simplement votre propre nourriture! HE laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. De nombreuses serviettes de plage et chaises de plage sont à votre disposition. 4 vélos et 2 ensembles de clubs de golf sont inclus. Un foyer électrique est dans le salon pour les soirées fraßches d'hiver. Vous tomberez amoureux de ce condo et ne voudrez plus partir à la fin de votre séjour!

Quick weekend getaway

The property was very clean and spacious. It had everything you would need for your stay. The location is perfect. The garage made it so easy to store all of your beach things and it kept the sand out of the condo. The pool was wonderful after spending the day on the beach. We also got to see the Blue Angels do their beach buzz, which was awesome.

Perfect Condo, hands down!

Pictures do not justify this condo. It has the best of both worlds, perfect view of ocean and beach, plus only steps away from either one. We visited for Spring Break with our family of 8. It was so nice for each room to have its own bathroom. Having the washer and dryer were a life saver as we had limited room while traveling. Susan was an exceptional host. She responded quickly and professionally. This was the first big trip for us as a whole, and the kids are already asking to go back to the same place!!

super impressed!

I hesitate to say how great this place is in fear it will become too popular! We love that it is a little away from town so the beach is less crowded. We love that this complex is small
again less crowded. We love that there are some owners on the grounds to watch out for disorderly, immature “adults”. This is very much a FAMILY oriented complex. Our unit was in outstanding condition and the owner replied super quickly! First floor location has about 12 steps up. Loved having ice machine in freezer. Stove, dishwasher, fridge all seem fairly new. Kitchen is super organized and has every pan,bowl, cup dish you could think of
even a blender! 2 coffee maker options with a kuerig and coffee! We went with 3 couples and I heard several times from them that they couldn’t believe how great the place was! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens.

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location was great and the beach was perfect with very few other people. Each bedroom had a full bathroom, which was perfect for our girl’s group of 6. Susan was very nice and great with communication. We absolutely loved it and definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect. As other owners have expressed, the condo was fully stocked. We appreciated dishwashing and clothes detergent. There is a kuerig coffeemaker and also a regular coffee pot. Loved having all of the beach towels to use! One of my favorite things was to sit on the balcony after time at the beach and watch my son and granddaughter play in the pool.

A perfect week

This was our second year at this unit and it was once again perfect! All the comforts of home with all the extras needed for the beach. We enjoyed the amenities provided-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, puzzles, fans -I can’t even name them all. The area is great, not far from downtown but also close to Fort Pickens, great bike/walking paved path and just a short walk to Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete’s. The pool area was meticulously maintained and the entire property was neat and well kept. We really appreciated that the property hired security during the Blue Angels show to keep parking secured. It was great having everything on one leveland being just one level above garage so not many stairs to deal with. Our family has truly loved staying here!

Relaxing beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was kid friendly, and we loved having 3 bathrooms. We loved the short walk to the beach, as well as the pool. We would frequently head to the beach for a few hours, and then rinse the kids off and jump in the pool for a few more. We appreciated the use of the beach towels as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We also appreciated the graciousness of the hosts to refund some of the money due to construction issues with the neighboring condos that shut the pool down on our last full day there. We would love to stay here again!

Best Place I’ve Ever Stayed

This property is easy to get to, not crowded, the room is super close to the pool and beach. Its small enough that it’s quiet and very easy to have plenty of your own space on the beach. There are so many things provided as far as toys for the beach and pool and kitchen amenities that you don’t need to bring much with you at all. Great communication with manager and owners if anything isn’t up to snuff. The beds are comfortable, private parking in the garage is great, and we just couldn’t be happier. We have been returning here for years now because we know everything will be perfect.

What a wonderful Easter weekend. This area is quiet and peaceful! Very short walk to beach. So easy if carrying chairs and beach stuff! Pictures donot do this place justice! The balconies are big and you can hear the waves from balcony along with the beautiful gulf views! Also, condo well stocked!!!! Everything you need!!!! All the extras such as coffee, detergent, hand soap, etc. really helped!!! Susan was easy to work with. She informed us there would be some construction going on during the day but it didn’t bother us one bit. We will be back for sure!!! This side of pensacola is so wonderful!!!! Thanks!!!

Some pros and cons

Pros: Susan was very receptive and prompt with her communication. She let me know there was construction going on with the complex and offered a couple extra days to compensate. Condo is in a great location and steps from the beach. The kitchen is stocked nicely with pots/pans/dishes. It is nice having 3 bathrooms. Cons: No ceiling fans or overhead lights in the bedrooms. Beds are absolutely awful, and pillows are not much better. The bedspreads are old, scratchy and very dated. Until I arrived, I was not informed the outlet in the garage was not available for car charging. It should have been notated in the property advertisement.
