2025 has brought a complete facelift to this beach oasis! Brand new custom bathrooms with floor to ceiling tile, custom vanities with quartz countertops, and brand new walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Exterior also shines with new exterior decks/railings, and a full fresh coat of paint which makes the Sandilly shine brighter than ever before!

Come stay in this spacious, beach themed 3 bedroom/2 bath home on Via De Luna Drive, just two blocks from the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. It has a brand new private pool as well! This home sleeps 11 easily, with a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, twin over twin bunk beds and twin over full bunk beds in the next guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house. Prepare and enjoy a delicious barbecue meal on the propane grill on your back deck. Or cook your favorite seafood meal in the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and professional gas stove and oven. Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is far enough away from the busy “downtown” to enjoy some quiet beach time or relaxing at the pool but close enough to hop on a golf cart and be at dinner in minutes. Loved the pool! And the beach was right around the corner. The ladies at the check in desk were very accommodating, offering tips for the area and a place to grab a quick lunch before checking in. Highly recommend!

Great pool, convenient, short walk to beach

The house was conveniently located to beach and trolly stop. Has a great pool, overall the home was clean. A couple of hiccups, oven didn’t work correctly. When we arrived the air conditioning was turned off
took awhile to cool down. My number one complaint, would be the home needs some TLC
.landscaping, and overall maintenance. But we enjoyed our stay, would choose this home again.

Family Christmas

Parents and college-age cousins came down for a quick beach trip over Christmas with dogs. The house was a big hit with everyone! We ate, walked, played games, read and did puzzles. The weather was colder in Pensacola than at home, but it was still beautiful!

Close to the beach. Nice pool. Property had a very strong musty smell. It was overwhelming when we got there. We bought plugins to fight the odor. Property needs a little freshening up. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Paradise by the Sea

We loved our stay at Pensacola Beach. It was great to have a private pool to lay by at home and enjoy a very short walk to the beaches. Would definitely recommend this location and we will be back.

Fun for furry friends, too!

We decided that it was on our dogs bucket list to see the ocean/beach so we drove here from Minnesota with our pups in tow. Check in was fast & easy, and the house & yard were fantastic! We loved that the yard was completely fenced in, so the dogs could wander safely, and we all loved lounging by the beautiful pool. The interior of the house was newly redone & very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and had an amazing stove! The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space. There were many extras we liked (washer/dryer, grill, games, plenty of lounge chairs, the decor, surround-sound throughout the house), the neighborhood was quiet & it was a really short walk to the beach. We loved everything about our stay except it came to an end too quickly!

Restful and Relaxing

We loved our week here. The house was super clean, everything was easy to find. Check-in and out was super easy and they gave us a gift bag with salsa and chips and the bag is reusable. The house is easy to find and it's super easy to walk to the beach from there. We had our dogs and they loved the house but the fenced-in yard was a HUGE HIT. They could run and play while we sat by the pool. We were cold most of our trip but that was because we didn't see the thermostat until day 3, it's right at the top of the stairs so it's our fault. We felt safe and secure during our stay. we will be booking again for our next vacation. Side note: we went the week of thanksgiving, and the pool was freezing so if you want to swim go in October. The gulf was warm but not warm enough to break out the swimsuit, go for wadding up to your knee.

Beautiful house!

we loved staying at this beach house. it exceeded our expectations and more. it was clean and luxurious and beautiful with lots of windows and awesome amenities like the pool and volleyball court. the kitchen was fabulous. the bedrooms were peaceful and comfortable. the location though is what cemented it for us. right on the beach and walkable to the restaurants and shops. we enjoyed taking our fur babies to the dog beach less than a mile away! everyone was just unbelievably wonderful. the house was just beautiful beyond words we all had a fantastic and relaxing time. everything was labeled for our convenience inside such as lights etc. there were string lights over pool palm trees all around. the views were spectacular too. it was the ultimate tropical paradise for us. it was well priced too. we will definitely come back again.
