Beachfront 2 BR / 2 Bathroom condo located on the 16th floor of the luxury Emerald Isle high-rise on Pensacola Beach. This beautifully upgraded unit offers stunning Gulf views and upscale finishes throughout.

Upgrades within 1605 Emerald Isle include granite countertops, decorative kitchen backsplash, chair rails, and crown molding throughout the condo. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom feature King-size plush mattresses for exceptional comfort. The condo also includes three wall-mounted Smart TVs for your entertainment.

Emerald Isle amenities include two outdoor community pools (one heated during the off-season), a hot tub, Gulf-side exercise room, private beach access, and a sauna.

The property is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach spots such as The Reef and The Islander, and less than one mile from Pensacola Beach attractions including the Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and beach activities.

Minimum stay is 3 to 4 nights, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

**Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.**

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. This unit is not pet-friendly. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. Only one working elevator in building with lots of construction going on. The unit itself has been updated some but needs a good deep cleaning. Bedding needs to be cleaned.

Overall, the condo was OK, but you can tell this is an investment property and the amenities are just the absolute necessities. Yes, they have 3 flatscreen TVs mounted, but the internet is very slow, there is only Visio free tv, so actually watching TV isn’t easy. The TVs are slow and laggy and won’t load some apps. For example, to watch a ballgame that was a n ABC, I had to hook up my iPad to my streaming service. The furniture was what I would expect to come with a “fully furnished mobile home” as in the cheapest possible furnishings. The shower curtains were all molded and only the bare essentials in the kitchen. Only 1 elevator was functioning, so waiting in line for the elevator was typical and you just had to pile in clown car style. The room said 2 vehicles, but after signing in 1, we got an error stating there were no other slots available. The guard said to put a not in the window and he wound try to remember note to avoid having it towed. This was just not what I expected for the price. We stay I Pensacola a lot and have only had this type of experience 1 other time. I thought it would be good for others to know when an owner appears to just trying to maximize their profits over providing a superior experience. While the ratings will still be high, they only cover the essentials, so I wanted to point out the rest of the story.

Beautiful view!! No extra frills but great for families. Could use basic updates such as electronic door locks and gate access code to make easier for check-in process when using independent transport from airport(such as uber) and not having to run across street to access checkin and leave luggage near street entrance. Overall great place with incredible views.

First time to Pensacola Beach. We are 2 couples without children but were there during Spring Break. Traffic was light, restaurants easy to get into, nice beach.Facility is a little older but very clean. They keep things very clean, pool company was there everyday cleaning. Security is good with locks and fencing. also a very convenient location. Would defintely recommend.

This property is beautifuland the views are even better!! Everything was as pictured and we had a wonderful time. My only note would be to have a check in process that is simplified by not having to retrieve the key from the rental office but instead a lock box directly at the property.

Front and Center

Location, location, location. And the amazing beach views from that high up gives you access to dolphins, turtles, sharks and the Blue Angles flying by. Right across the street is the best locals bar, the best breakfast and a short walk to the best seafood spot. The accommodations are good/average but things are well used and need some updating to make it exceptional. Just assume there’s zero products to use and bring everything with you. Definitely a great week at the Emerald Isle I will come back soon hopefully.

Condo was very nice. Very clean, just a couple of suggestions, needs potholders. And the bathtubs turn very slippery when wet. I fell in shower. Needs tub mat or sticky tub things. Loved everything else

Wonderful!

We stayed in this unit for 6 days. The view from the balcony is amazing! The furnishings in the unit are comfortable. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to the kitchen. The beds in both bedrooms are both kings and sleep comfortably. The primary bath needs updating to get rid of the garden tub. It’s very difficult for people in their mid-seventies to get their leg up high enough to get in to take a shower. Also, a chair-height toilet would be nice in there too. The front door opens with an old-fashioned key. Most of the units we saw use a keypad which is more convenient than fumbling in your pocket for a key.

Our 2 bedroom was perfect. Our view was perfect. The sun rises and sun sets never get old. We didn’t cook in the condo but it looked like it was well stocked.

Check in was not smooth. Had to call to get check in info because never got text/email property mgr. said we were supposed to get. Had trouble all week with access codes, very annoying. Never got TV to work correctly. Otherwise stay was enjoyable.

Family vacation August 2023

We have enjoyed the Emerald Isle, beach, pools, fitness room. Shops, restaurants were in walking distances. We walked to the fishing pier near main Pensacola beach and it was awesome. Kitchen has a lot of bake ware, and many different thing in order to make breakfast, dinner. We were supplied with dish soap, dishwasher pads, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and some shower gels/soaps enough for a couple of days. The nearest Walmart is about 20 min drive one way, which is super convenient. The hotel has storage unit on the ground floor, which may have some beach chairs, or swimming/ beach toys that you can borrow during your stay. But definitely you need to check with your management on what exactly you may borrow from the storage. I would definitely recommend for families with children. The canopy or umbrella is the must for summer, because you can get sunburn easily even with sun block. You may check the storage room first for the umbrella! / chairs, or can rent on the beach, or buy your own which ever convenient for you. The ocean is incredibly beautiful,warm, and enjoyable.

Amazing views and great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location and view were the best part. There are a few things that could be improved on: 1. Bathrooms. Both are very small with stand alone sinks. There is no space to place toiletries. Cabinet or shelf is needed in both. 2. Mattresses need to be replaced. 3. Shower curtains need cleaning. There was mold on them. Other than that the condo was comfortable and things were in good working order. There was enough kitchen items/utensils to make meals, which was appreciated.
