We had a fantastic time in this condo! Location was so perfect for us! Backyard was the beautiful bay and across the street was the beach! Close to all of our favorite restaurants. Had a few hiccups in the condo but maintenance crew was quick to respond! Would definitely recommend this condo!

The unit was clean when a nice view of the bay. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of six. There are a lot of stairs in the unit. That was not an issue for us, but just know if you are booking here it has two flights of stairs. One to get to the main level and another to get to the bedrooms.

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The location was sooo perfect for us (ages 15-45)! We brought our pup with us and having the grassy area and bay at your back door was wonderful! The beach is directly across the street and the dog beach a little over a mile and a half away, perfect to walk to and both were crystal clear! They have a trolley that runs constantly until 11/12 at night and my son and his friend (15yrs) took full advantage of it! Our family has decided to trade in Destin for Pensacola and return again next year!

Better than beachfront!

We stayed here for 4 nights w our family of 4 and had the best time! The location was great! We loved being on the bay. It was great having the green space for kids to run around in and spot to fish and play. Paddling boarding in the bay with dolphins was the highlight! Beds were all very comfortable and was a peaceful complex. The walk to the beach is on a protected path and was less than 5 mins. Close to bars, restaurants and ice cream but just outside the congested area. The only suggestion would be a hose for rinsing off. Other than that, we would book again.

You have the beach access and you have the bay in your backyard! Bikes and paddle boards kept us active and the beach was beautiful for relaxation!

We had a great time staying at this perfect getaway! The location was great and the condo unit was fantastic! It suited our needs 💯 %! Great access to the beach. Was very peaceful area, but close enough of a ride to get to restaurants, shopping etc. We would definitely stay here again !

Very nice! Quiet and in a great location close to everything. Had a hiccup with 2nd restroom shower (user error lol) but had a fast response from maintenance to troubleshoot. (There is a ring on the spout you need to pull down to turn shower on....we had a harder time than we should have lol) Love the property. There were four of us here having an extended girls weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday and we all had a blast. Also, the extra items were so useful! (Wagon, chairs, paddleboards etc.) We will definitely be back!

Great place for a beach getaway!

Beautiful view overlooking the bay, and quick access to the beach. It was great having access to paddle boards, bikes, and beach chairs. Everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach! The townhome is beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!!! Great location for hanging out on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens. Very spacious. Beautiful patio areas. Very clean. We will most definitely be going back. Thank you!

Loved the location of this townhome . The views from the 4 balconies were amazing ! The townhome was very decorated . We had a few issues with the codes like the renters prior to us . Codes worked on day 1 and day 2 we were locked out . Janessa was quick to respond and resolve our issues with the code. The back sliding glass door wouldn’t lock on day 1 so called Janessa again and she sent someone out to fix the problem . Our biggest issue and the reason I gave a 3 on accuracy of online listing - it was all accurate except they fail to show the carpet on the steps going to the upstairs . It was very dirty and stained . Definitely needs to be replaced and /or cleaned . We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the stairs- not sure the cleaning crew even used a vacuum on them . We brought this to Janessas attention and she offered to have someone come clean again. Overall , we would rent this unit again hoping the stairs become a priority .

Fantastic Staycation

Property was immaculately clean & well stocked! Incredible water views. The paddle boards and complimentary beach service were great amenities! Great grassy area in the rear of the townhouse is perfect for fishing, throwing the frisbee, badminton or volleyball! Can’t wait to come back!

The Beach ‘N Bay was one of the nicest condos we have rented. It was extremely clean and the furnishing were all in great condition. The two balconies on the bay side were fantastic. We loved sitting out there at night and just enjoying looking over the water. It was great that the gas grill had propane in it and there was a spare tank in the garage. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up each day when we needed it was a bonus. My grandkids live in Pensacola so they were able to enjoy using the paddle boards when they came to visit. There were a couple of issues that we were not happy with. The pass code they gave us to open the down stairs door didn’t work. The instructions said there were two codes; they didn’t say that the garage door code was also the one you used to get in the main first floor entrance. A phone call and a 20-minute wait solved that problem. The unit has two air conditioners; the controller for the upstairs unit worked perfect. The controller for the downstairs unit had a mind of its own. It was constantly switching to a lower temperature and it was extremely hard to program and there weren’t any instructions. The Roku TV system wasn’t working to get the normal channels. The Vacasa tech came out and it took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to get it to work on the You Tube tv channel. Also, someone didn’t remove their pass word for Amazon Prime TV. We didn’t use Amazon to watch any paid movies just the free ones. Also, for a 9 day stay I think Vacasa should supply more than Âœ roll of paper towels, 1 extra roll of toilet paper and no facial tissues. When we come back to Pensacola, we will defiantly rent this condo again if it’s available.

The condo itself was wonderful! Vacasa rental needs to do better though! The code they emailed me to get in the condo did not work. Had to call to get correct code! There were no chairs on the beach waiting for us as promised! Had to order them from another company (one they used was not even out there) who billed them! Other than that it was awesome!

Great Place!

We had a great time. We loved the spaciousness and layout. The location was a very very short drive to the public beach and the view was spectacular! The paddle boards and on beach chair service was great too. But the couch is stained yellow and the kitchen had outdated coffee and other stains. The communication for check in and check out was very limited and we didn't get a response back to our question of how to check out properly. But overall I would stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet spot

We loved our stay! The apartment is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the Little Sabine Bay. It was spacious and stocked with the amenities we needed. We had fun trying out the paddle boards and exploring the bay on a less windy evening. I was surprised at how soundproofed we were from neighbor activity, which was nice. There are three levels with only stairs, so be prepared for a regular climb. There are two beach access spots just a short walk down and across the street. The only real issue we had was the main patio door which seemed to be off track and wouldn't lock without a large amount of effort, but with three other balconies we were content to keep it bolted and just enjoy the view. Overall, we were in love and would gladly stay again.
