Enjoy the spacious bright and open kitchen and enormous balcony area all to bring the inside out and the outside in. The sandy footpath leading from the deck to the surf allows for easy, breezy jaunts to and from the beach---with a bird’s-eye view to keep tabs on comings and goings from the kitchen and deck. There also is an enclosed outdoor shower for that post beach rinse.

Beach Supplies: Use of the owner’s beach cart and 6 Beach Chairs are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost, or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. If you want to hit the beach, just ask and we’ll toss in some beach towels too!

Guest Access:
This property has a keyless lock allowing for a smooth check-in process. Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking for the property manager to coordinate meeting you at the property upon your arrival. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival.

Here’s what to expect:
Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen.

All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.

Check-in time: Between 3:00 and 5:00
Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

Important Reservation Requirements

Due to insurance liability requirements, renter must be 25+ years of age.
*This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 25. No Exceptions.*
Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in.

To finalize your reservation, you are required to review and sign our one-page Rental Agreement. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.

Important Information:
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. 
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies.
No Pets
No parties are allowed.
Snowbirds Accepted.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.

Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
