Welcome to Tristan Towers 10A! This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Sound-front condo can accommodate 6 people. The master suite offers a 1 king bed with an ensuite. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. An additional bathroom can be found in the hallway. Equipped with a full-sized kitchen, open living room, and wrap around balcony, you can enjoy the unbeatable sound and partial gulf views from the common space of the living area! Tristan Towers is a 16 story complex with 90 condos on the sound side of Pensacola Beach but boasts gulf views in some units as well! It is located on one of the most narrow parts of Santa Rosa Island, so the beach and the sound are so close that there is water all around. You will love the Olympic sized swimming pool, a sundeck, lighted tennis courts, the fishing pier and the gated entry. Families will love the grills with picnic tables by the sound and there are boat slips as well. In addition, to all of that, the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

This is a nice place. The beach view was incredible and the location is great. It is right across the street from the beach (5 minute walk). Right down the street from Peg Leg Pete's (10 minute walk). And about a 5 minute ride to the center of Pensacola Beach. Check in was also seamless. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Maybe a little bit run down but we didn't mind that.

Experience was overall good. Views were stunning as described. Extras were as explained, 1 day supply barely, for a family of 6.A suggestion would be to bring extra blankets or linens as no extra were supplied in case of that extra cool natured person or unexpected accidents. Maybe could have gotten them from the property manager if we asked but thankfully didn’t need to. I just mention it as a someone that has needed them in the past or has had them provided other places.

The place had great views, a fast elevator, huge pool, comfy beds (if you like firm). It had everything we needed except the kitchen was without any storage containers. So if you cook and need to store food bring containers. Also no cleaning supplies were available. Curtains/blinds in the bedrooms were in a little messed up but we made it work. Location was perfect for us, a very short walk to the beach and in a more quiet part of the Pensacola Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, terrible smoke smell

The location of this unit is amazing. Beautiful views and easy access to both Gulf and the sound. Unfortunately, the second we walked in, the stench of cigarette smoke hit us in the face. We tried airing it out, but every time we came back to the condo, the same thing. We found cigarette butts on the balcony so obviously someone smoked there. I communicated this immediately to the property mgmt company but did not receive any sort of solution (they brought a fan - didn’t really help; they offered spray for the furniture and an ozone machine - didn’t really want to breathe OTHER harmful odors/chemicals). I was promised by the property mgmt that they were “escalating” this issue but did not hear back from them since. The unit is outdated and a bit rundown (could have dealt with this if not for the terrible smell). I’m very disappointed in the experience, since we did not feel comfortable our entire stay and were never offered any sort of compensation if we wanted to move to another place instead.

Pensacola Beach Time

A very clean, comfortable condo with a great wrap around balcony, Gorgeous sunsets, seabirds, dolphins in the bay, a very enjoyable stay on the beach. Condo was move-in ready when we arrived. Weather was perfect the entire week.
