Restored Home on Verdant Property with Fishing Pond

Spend time at this bucolic foothills property set under towering oak trees. The property includes a year round creek, an idyllic pond full of bass and bluegill(catch and release), as well as varying fruit trees you can pick from depending on the season. This vintage restored home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, indoor/outdoor seating, 4k TV with streaming options and comfortable beds and linens. NO large groups or parties. Our cameras are facing away from the home.

****No pets due to severe allergies, no smoking in the home and absolutely no parties. We prefer no shoes in the home.
****Children and babies, must always be attended. The interior of the home has furniture that is NOT secured to the walls and no cabinet blockers are installed. The large pond perimeter is NOT fenced off, the pond reaches 6ft in depth. We provide life jackets in various sizes for use of the boat. BE aware there are a few small level changes in the one story home.
****You assume responsibility for all guests. We reserve the right to charge a fee of $100 per additional guests that is not included in the booking. Please inquire about additional guests visiting and not staying over night.
****Quiet Hours after 10pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please respect our community.

LIABILITY WAIVER -- By making your reservation at (the “Property”), you and the other members in your party (the “Guests”) agree to: 1) release the owners of the Property (the “Hosts”) from all liability relating to bodily injury and personal property damage that may occur during Guests’ stay at the Property; and 2) hold Hosts entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, for any bodily injury and property damage incurred by Guests, regardless of whether such injuries and damage were caused by negligence. Guests further acknowledge that: 1) use of the pond, boat and fire place and activities like hiking and climbing anywhere on the Property are at Guests’ own risk; and 2) that special risks may be involved with using the pond, boat, fire place and engaging in activities like hiking and climbing on the Property.
