NO LOUD PARTIES ALLOWED
Our house is not ideal for loud parties. We have a quiet neighbourhood with very strict by-laws around noise and garbage, so we enforce a no party policy during your stay. Get togethers are welcome as long as it's done in a respectful way towards our community. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note we are doing some renovations around the house, so you might see some construction material tucked away. The house and all it's amenities are 100% safe and available during your stay!

We sometimes stay in the adjacent unit, but we won't bother you or use any of the amenities available to you. But if you need anything do let us know and we will be happy to help!
LIABILITY WAIVER:
You understand that staying on our property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, walking, hiking and staying on our property. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may arise from any activity while staying on our property. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur to either yourself or other guests on the property. If you are traveling with a pet, damage caused to the property or physical damage to other guests by said pet is your responsibility. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against us, the hosts, for accidents or claims arising from hiking or staying on this property. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests (you) and Airbnb Host (me)
SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB WAIVER:
By reserving with us and proceeding to stay at our property, all parties agree to the following terms for the use of the swimming pool, swimming pool areas, hot tub, and any floatation devices. This applies to all the guests who will be visiting the property as part of the original booking, as well as any additional occupants invited by the original booker with or without the express consent of the property owner(s).
Guest understands use of swimming pool, hot tub and the swimming pool area is at Guestâs own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool, hot tub, swimming pool areas around the pool (concrete floors, etc.), and floatation devices. Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool, swimming pool areas & hot tub, floatation devices, and holds owner harmless. Guest understands there are potential dangers the swimming pool, hot tub, swimming pool area, and floatation devices may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, hot tub, swimming pool area, and floatation devices if a person has health risks, or using while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to explain these risks to all guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guest agrees to verify entry and exit doors to Pool House is locked at all times. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that Guest will assume all responsibility for any other Guest and any others for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guestsâ use of the swimming pool, hot tub, swimming pool areas, and any floatation devices.
