The Sans Souci Suite is part of a charming 5-plex located on a spacious property with 270 feet of stunning shoreline. The property feels like a small resort, with the comforts and luxuries of home, featuring brand-new interiors and modern amenities. This unit is spacious and stylish with a basement and a cozy loft that the whole family will enjoy! The large sandy beach is perfect for families with children, and thereâs plenty of space for sunbathing!
The San Souci Suite Features:
Two Bedrooms + Loft Bedroom
* Bedroom 1: 1 Twin over Double Bunk Bed (main floor)
* Bedroom 2: 1 Twin over Double Bunk Bed (main floor)
* Loft Bedroom: 1 Double Bed (requires climbing ladder)
One 3 Piece Bathroom (With shower)
Living Areas
*The basement living area is accessible by a spiral staircase (not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues) and features a comfy couch, foosball table, dart board and smart tv. You can also access the backyard through the walkout basement door.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, from essential cookware and utensils to BBQ tools for outdoor grilling. Gather around the dining table for family meals or socializing.

đŸ Pet Policy
One well-behaved dog is welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance.
Our pet policy is as follows:
- Pets are NOT permitted on any beds. Our linens are white, and we work hard to keep them in excellent condition.
- If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.
- Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.
- Any damage caused by your pet is the ownerâs full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.
- You must clean up after your pet in the yard.
While there is no dock, weâre conveniently located next to a marina and a boat rental company, Diverse Rentals.
*Guests will have exclusive access to the San Souci Suite.
*Individual BBQs and Firepits: Each unit comes with its own BBQ and firepit, so you can enjoy private outdoor meals and campfires with your group.
Shared Amenities:
* Beach and Lawn: The expansive beach and lawn areas are shared among the five units, giving everyone ample space to spread out.
* Water Toys: Guests will have shared access to a variety of water toys, including kayaks and paddleboards.
* There are picnic tables and muskoka chairs for guest use
Our cleaners and groundskeepers may be onsite during your stay. We are always available by phone or text if you need anything.
-The Georgian Bay water levels can change, affecting the size of the beach, but the large grassy area is always available.
- Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Important Information
Please note that Rolling Sands Retreat is a family-friendly and quiet environment. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low, particularly after 10 PM. No parties are allowed, and exceeding the guest limit may result in additional charges.
House Rules: We ask that all guests follow the house rules to ensure that neighbouring units can enjoy peace and quiet. This helps maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Whether youâre here with family or friends, we encourage all visitors to respect the shared spaces.
Watercraft use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any incidents. If you plan to bring your own boat, the nearby marina has docking services, and Diverse Rentals offers a 10% discount to our guests.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.
A $500 security hold will be placed on the guestâs credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
1 pet is permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.
Our pet policy is as follows:
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to bark excessively or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we`d like to keep them that way) so that our linens don`t get stained or accumulate dog hair.
*Important* This unit is in a building with 4 other units. We are very strict about our noise policy as the walls are thin and sound travels easily between units. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am daily.
Absolutely no parties are allowed.
This unit has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests on the property at any time. Exceeding this limit may result in a request to leave, and additional charges for extra guests will apply. All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Extra guests, including day visitors, are not permitted. The apartment is in a building that is shared with 4 other rental units, and respect for the neighbouring units is important. Please keep noise levels down and respect each other`s space. We thank you for being the best guests ever!
