Two bedroom apartment minutes from the beach

Centrally located two-bedroom apartment located a 5-minute drive from Hamilton, and just a 6-minute walk from the beautiful beach at Admiralty House Park. Arlington Getaway is perfectly set up to host you and your family for a business trip, long weekend, or weeks of exploration; whichever suits your needs. Fully-appointed with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room with a double sofa-bed, a private outdoor balcony and shared garden area. Family friendly! Perfect for four but can accommodate six.
The space
Entire top storey of a two-storey building.

- Private entrance and self check-in via lockbox.
- Master bedroom: king size bed with memory foam mattress
- Second bedroom: two twin beds can be pushed together to make a split king on request.
Both bedrooms have generous built-in closets, dressing tables, drawers for storage, mirrors, bedside lamps and power outlets / USB sockets.
- Living room features comfortable seating for four, including a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep two. Smart TV so you can watch your own shows.
- Full kitchen / dining area with Keurig coffee machine, full-size fridge-freezer, twin sinks, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and 4-burner range with oven and grill. Fully-stocked with pots, pans, knives, crockery and utensils.
- Full bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
- Private outdoor lit balcony with 4-seat picnic bench and space for additional seating.
- Access to lower garden shared with lower apartment (where we live). Features a large picnic bench, barbeque and kids slide. Garden is split into two levels. The upper garden is currently undergoing landscaping work and is not available for use.

There are no clothes washing facilities in the apartment but we are happy to provide a basic wash/dry service for $1.20/kg ($12 per load).
Other things to note
Admiralty House Park, a 1-minute walk away, is one of the island's best attractions. Featuring a public-use tennis court (racquets and balls provided), a superb, well-protected beach, a playground, a historic network of tunnels and caves to explore and the best cliff-jumping and rock climbing (deep water soloing, no equipment required) on the island. Pack a cooler (provided) and make a day or two of it.

Split system A/C in living room and each bedroom.

We have plenty of kids stuff for your convenience: pack & play, high chair, indoor and outdoor toys, kids plates and cutlery and loads of other things.

Not suitable for those with limited mobility due to access being via a flight of steps. Definitely suitable for children but beware that the steps are a hazard. Baby gate available on request.
