Located in a quiet neighborhood, with a small, well taken care of vineyard in its gardens, and adjacent to the prestigious Coral Elite Residences, Villa Kathi is just 2km off the buzzy Coral Bay Strip and a leisurely 3 minutes' drive from the stunning Coral Bay and Laourou Beaches, the Sea Caves coastline, as well as a plethora of shops, bars, taverns and restaurants.

The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the expectations of even the most demanding traveler, with a capsule coffee maker as well as a dishwasher and a professional grade gas cooker. The big sliding doors open to a generous, elevated pool area, fully gated for safety and peace of mind, offering absolute privacy, great sea and mountain views and the opportunity for comfortable Al fresco dining. The side of the villa includes an additional lounge area for variety and option.

All bedrooms are spacious and offer comfortable sleeping on high quality beds and mattresses. The master bedroom on the ground floor comes with a King-sized bed and ensuite facilities. The remaining two bedrooms on the ground floor, one King sized and one Twin, share a generous second bathroom. The fourth bedroom, sized at a very spacious 25 sqm is on the lower ground floor, and accessible by a separate entrance for guests who require extra privacy. It is served by a dedicated third bathroom, and offers a king-sized bed as well as a comfortable bunk bed which can sleep a further two guests if necessary, so that the villa can accommodate a maximum of ten guests.
