Why choose Villa Rosa Holiday Apartment?
Because you want a holiday with a difference.
Our apartment is not in an apartment block. Tucked away in the prestigious Seacaves area of Peyia, the large, self contained, two bedroomed apartment, takes up the whole of the lower floor of our villa.
With ample free parking to the side, we are one of only two villas on our side of a small cul de sac, so you won't be disturbed by noisy neighbours partying all night long!
With us you are able to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday at your own pace.
The apartment is modern and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, with guests having exclusive access to our private swimming pool and sunbathing area.
Bedroom 1 has a comfortable King size bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table, with a dual function air-conditioning/heating unit for your comfort. Fly screens and blackout screens are fitted to the windows.
Bedroom 2 is larger and can be configured to meet required sleeping arrangements as follows:
1. 1 x double bed and bunk beds.
2. 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed.
3. 2 x single beds and bunk beds.
The bedroom also has a large wardrobe and a big chest of drawers.
A dual function air-conditioning/heating unit is fitted for your comfort.
Fly screens and blackout screens are fitted to the windows.
The Lounge Area has two comfortable settees, side tables and a flatscreen tv with on demand TV supplied free of charge.
Hi speed wifi is also provided free of charge.
A dual function air-conditioning/heating unit is also fitted here for your comfort.
The recently fitted kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric oven, electric hob and an extractor fan. The sink tap provides hot and cold water from the tanks, and drinking water direct from the supply main.
Utensils, pans, crockery, cafetieres, cutlery etc. are all provided.
The dining room contains a large dining table which will seat 6 with ease. There is an air-conditioning unit for your comfort and a new fridge freezer for storing perishable foods.
The bathroom is equipped with a new walk in shower with sliding glass door enclosure, together with a toilet and handbasin with a vanity unit.
Outside the entrance there is a guests private patio area with a table, chairs and sun umbrella.
A barbecue can be provided upon request but guests will need to supply their own charcoal, firelighters etc.
Up a flight of steps from the guests patio area is the pool area with outside shower and sunloungers. Guest have exclusive access to the pool and are free to use these facilities.
For reasons of safety we do ask guests to refrain from using the pool during hours of darkness, and to ensure that children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult when poolside.
Located between Coral Bay and St Georges Harbour, we are hidden away from the tourist hotspots, but we are only a very short walk from the Seacaves cliff tops where you can enjoy stunning views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
As such we are within easy reach of Coral Bay's sandy beaches and the coastal path from the cliff tops will take you to 3 lovely beaches and as far as the delightful St Georges Harbour.
Our apartment also provides an ideal base for you to explore nearby villages, experience visits to local vineyards, pop over to Latsi, Polis and Pomos or just explore the beautiful coastline and countryside of the Akamas Peninsula.
