This property contains wide vertical gaps in the balcony railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 17 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. Outside, there are 4 steps to the BBQ area, 15 steps to the poolside, and once by the pool, a further 4 steps to another covered seating area. The poolside is crazy paved. Inside, there are 3 steps from the lounge to the kitchen area. The ground floor bedroom door is 85cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 72cm wide.
