The Istana: A cliff top spa with unique architecture and ocean views, specializing in their famous sauna and ice bath facilities. A relaxing way to start the day, or to watch sunset while enjoying signature hot and cold therapy. The Istana is a 5 minute walk from our villa.

Padang Padang Beach: A short scooter ride away you can find the famous Padang Padang beach. Perfect for watching the pros ride barreling waves, or on a smaller surf day, taking your own surf lesson at the more friendly “baby padang” surf break. The beach features a beautiful Balinese temple along the walk down to the beach, and lots of local monkeys!


The villa is completely private. We can arrange for our driver to pick you up. Our manager will then proceed with the check-in process, showing you the technical aspects of the villa and introducing the staff. Airport pick up is available for extra charge

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
All three bedrooms feature a King size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, outdoor view. Linen and towels are included.
Bathroom includes a larger shower, with a 5 stage water filter.
COURTYARD
The courtyard features an outdoor shower with filtered hot water, and a salt water pool with sun beds for tanning. The walls are covered in hand-carved limestone motifs, making for the perfect photo backdrop. 3.5m walls surround the property for ultimate privacy, and relaxation.
AREA
Villa Xanthe sits on a quiet neighborhood road just 500 meters back from the Uluwatu cliffs. A short 5 minute walk, or a quick 1 minute scooter ride, down the road from our villa will show you some of the best clifftop sunset views on the island!
