The downstairs master bedroom has its own ensuite and opens out to the pool area. Upstairs you"ll find the living, dining, and kitchen, plus a fireplace for when the evenings are cool. The other two bedrooms are also upstairs, 1 bedroom has a queen bed, the other a fold out small double futon sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult + 1 child or 2 children).

Outside, the pool is heated from September to May, and there"s a hot and cold outdoor shower for after the beach. The gardens are lush and green, and there are plenty of spots to sit back and relax.

A short stroll takes you to the beach, ocean pool, tennis courts, the Arboretum, and some beautiful bush walks. Umina is only a six-minute drive away for shops, cafes, and restaurants.
