Studio with so much to offer! Small family and pet friendly.

LOCATED one block off of highway 95, just minutes from Ontario Oregon, and I-84. Our private off street parking area is large enough for up to two vehicles or moving vans.

We are a STUDIO, where you have everything you need in one open floor plan with a private full bathroom. The queen bed and one twin are always made up for guests. We offer a second twin bed, queen air mattress, as well as a pack-n-play upon request to accommodate the needs of our guests. Our cozy studio can sleep up to 4 people, perfect for guests of any age.

THE KITCHEN
Adjacent to the sleeping areas we have a full kitchen that is ideal for cooking dinners, snacks, or preparing your contribution to family gatherings in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, baking dishes, glasses, wine glasses & opener, cups, kitchen utensils, as well as paper plates and plasticware. Complimentary bottled water can be found in the refrigerator as well as a few snacks on the microwave and in the drawer under the microwave. Please clean as you go, rinse off, leave soaking, or wash the dishes you use. (Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink) Our coffee and tea bar offers several options for you to choose from including hot chocolate to warm everyone up. (Please use available coasters on wood surfaces)
We have mounted a smart TV for your convenience with Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Disney, and Paramount + already set up for your viewing pleasure. You are welcome to log into your own apps and watch your shows, please remember to log out when you leave.
BATHROOM
The bathroom offers a full shower, single vanity, toilet, and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. Towels, washcloths, hair dryer, and 1st aid kit are located in the vanity. Please toss all used towels and clothes into the laundry basket before you leave.
GUEST ACCESS
Please use the gravel parking lot near the post and rail fence to park your vehicles. Guests can reach the studio by following the rock path, going up the two steps onto the covered porch, and through the blue French doors. Guests will have exclusive access to the studio during their stay with limited access to the laundry room. You are welcome to wash a load or two of laundry while you are here but that area is a passthrough between our space and ours and is usually locked. Message us for availability and access to the washer and dryer. We provide a couple laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

This is an extension of our home, depending on the day and time we may or may not see one another but we are in the area. If any issues should arise during your stay please send us a message and we will do our best to help in any way we can. For the most part, we try to give you space to enjoy your time here in Payette.

OUTSIDE GUEST AREAS
Step outside to enjoy the beautiful covered porch, picnic, and fire pit area. We have a propane grill and firewood for your use. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared yard space, we just ask that you clean up after your pets, and close the gate when finished. (Pet waste bags are located on the porch)
Other things to note
NO SMOKING inside.
If you smoke tobacco or e-cigarettes please go out to the fire pit area. No cannabis or other illegal drugs allowed on the property. Violation of these regulations can result in fines and being asked to leave, and you may forfeit any remaining nights on your reservation without a refund.
PETS
The property is pet-friendly, please list your pet at booking. You agree to assume full responsibility for any animal you bring or allow on the property. Do not leave them unattended for extended periods of time. If your pet causes any injury or harm to other guests or to the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair. No aggressive or loud animals are permitted. If your dog struggles with these issues, please keep them at home. Disruptive, barking, and/or aggressive pets will be asked to leave, and you may forfeit any remaining nights on your reservation without a refund. If you are traveling with a dog, please let us know when you book or inquire. If you bring a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy, you may be subject to a penalty.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
We are a family friendly property. You are welcome to have up to 6 visitors for an hour or two and enjoy our outside space. You assume full responsibility for anyone you bring onto the property, you will be 100% liable for any disruptive behavior or damages that may be caused. We reserve the right to ask loud or disrespectful guests to leave the property.
