Yiotta is set on one level, (the owners are living discreetly on the ground floor, without interfering or disturbing) it is really spacious for a family or party of 4 persons, accommodated in two air-conditioned bedrooms with one bathroom.
Layout
A small staircase lands on the side balcony and the main door, which opens into a spacious, well-stocked kitchen with a dining area and sitting room, fitted with French doors leading to the front main balcony – overlooking the pool terrace and exceptionally stunning sea views. A Master bathroom in between the twin and the master bedroom complementing the interior layout of this attractive home.
Both the bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans.
Pool and Terraces
At the front of the house, a superb stone-paved terrace lies the sunny private pool, alongside sunbathing facilities and a lovely gazebo for relaxing or reading a book in the shade.
The terrace is spacious and sunny, it is surrounded by delightful colourful gardens and offers exceptional views over the Ionian Sea.
The built Barbeque near the pool area is well equipped and is usefully located if you wish to try out your cooking skills whilst away from home.
