POOL ACCESS: The popular outdoor pool play-plaza is tucked between a coastal wooded wetland and the Summerhouse condo alcove, boasting a large swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, fun-time rain showers, kiddie pool, and playground as well as furnished poolside patio surround, canopy sitting areas, refreshment bar, and restrooms. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 12-minute walk. Take the beach path from the pool area to Retreat Beach Circle, follow the scenic path toward the ocean, and once past the traffic circle fountain, turn onto the paved beach path located on the south side of the Bridgewater complex. Alternately, guests can continue a little farther past the Sandpiper and Crescent condos for access at the resort’s oceanfront common use sundecks. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities as well as beach access parking.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays over peak summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Flexible minimum night stays available the rest of the year. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
