Green Haven 18-201 4BR/3BA Features full kitchen, dining area, living room and washer/dryer. Greenhaven is located in Avian Forest. The condos are located in Pawleys Island off Willbrook Blvd, with the Tradition Golf Club on one side and The Reserve on the other approximately 1 œ miles from the beach. All of our rental condos are 4 bedroom, 3 bath single level condominiums. They feature various bedding, a full kitchen, a dining area, living room, a washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony. The community has its own private pool, and also shares the Litchfield by the Sea private beach facilities, tennis courts, Play Pool Plaza with a lazy river, and access to the fitness center, indoor heated pool, and hot tub.

Guest Interaction: Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation.

Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

No fun

We encountered no communication from VRBO concerning checkout/checkin. We also found palmetto bugs( roaches) . I called Litchfield resorts and they came 24 hrs ltr. The kitchen had no paper towels, dish soap and the silverware was dirty😖

Nice Property at A Great Price!

This a nice condo at a great price, and it met all our needs. It was very clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and it comfortably slept 8 people (all adults). However, just a heads up -- this house is minimally supplied. You will need to supply your own dishsoap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. You will also need to bring your own beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Very minimal, basic supplies are provided. At the price we rented the unit for, this was not a problem for us at all, and we ate out for all meals, so we were able to make do with what was provided. We really enjoyed the beach access and pools. And the condo is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Nice Condo

Nice Condo. Further from beach than expected and golf carts aren’t allowed at the condo even though golf carts are allowed across the street in the same neighborhood. Lots of good golf in the area. There were some cosmetic repairs that needed to be done and there was confusion about what pools we had access to. We requested a late check out for 12:00 but when we got back to the place at 11:30 our Keyes didn’t work anymore so we had to drive to the front desk and get new keys made. Overall great place but cleanliness and cosmetic improvements could see some improvement.

Golf trip

I can’t say enough about this place. 4 guys with our own room. Close to all the golf courses in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for an outstanding place to stay.

Litchfield is nice

Great location to the ocean with everything you need in one resort. Had a problem with the AC and the response was fast and professional.
